Framingham Man Faces Riot, 8 Assault Charges: Nashua Police Log

Hooksett man arrested on felony theft charge; Manchester, Nashua men arrested on domestic violence assault charges; capias warrants issued.

NASHUA, NH — Justin D. Greenwood, born 1976, of Sargent Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020, on a capias warrant.

Christopher J. Bourget, born 1982, of Dartmouth Street in Hooksett, was arrested on Jan. 14 on a felony theft charge due to two prior convictions.

Devin Joyce, born 1999, of Beacon Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 14 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Ana Colina, born 1979, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 14 on an out-of-town warrant.

Grady Kenneth Cook Jr., born 1984, of Prospect Street in Manchester, was arrested on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Vasily Birdwell Hardy, born 1991, of Indian Head Road in Framingham, Massachusetts, was arrested on Jan. 13 on riot, disorderly conduct, and eight simple assault charges.

William J. Klasco, born 1991, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 13 on criminal mischief and two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Philip Walsh, born 1989, of East High Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge.

Steven Burton Potter, born 1989, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, was arrested on a capias warrant on Jan. 13.

Steven Mark Parker, born 1965, of Starch Hill Road in Mason, was arrested on Jan. 13 on two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Robert Symes, born 1966, of Essex Street in Nashua, was arrested on a capias warrant on Jan. 13.
