26 Arrested In Upper Valley Drug Sweep: NH State Police Roundup
Penacook teen and rape suspect arrested on burglary, criminal trespass charges; Bay State residents face drug, drunken driving charges.

CONCORD, NH — Sullivan County and Vermont police departments worked with the New Hampshire State Police last month to round up 26 residents on warrants and other charges. The special investigations action, dubbed Operation Western Alliance, led to the confiscation of drugs, bath salts, and other items. Arrested were: Lenni Jo Aiken, Claremont, warrant; Mark Avery, Enfield, warrant; Charles Tatro, Newport, possession of a controlled drug; Jordan Ebelt, Springfield, VT, on warrant, a parole violation, and possession of a controlled drug; Jeremy Drewing, Claremont, warrant, possession of a controlled drug; Daniel Walter, Newport, warrant; Charles Libby, South Lebanon, Maine, on a warrant; Amanda Rogers, Springfield, VT, warrant; John Fernandes, Claremont, warrant and resisting arrest; Thomas Meade, Claremont, possession of a controlled drug; Teague Hartwell, Newport, possession of a controlled drug, operating after suspension, and breach of bail; Lizzy Ball, Newport, warrant; Andrew Sprague, Claremont, stalking and breach of bail; Albert Wood, Claremont, warrant; Joulena Hamel, Claremont, possession of a controlled drug, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct; Bryan Robie, Claremont, warrant; Rayhan Atta, Charlestown, possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest; Kaylee Clark, Charlestown, possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest; Nick Kemp, Newport, warrant; Casey Goodrich, Orford, hindering apprehension; Tyler Litevich, Claremont, on a breach of bail charge; Christina Paquette, Claremont, warrant and criminal trespass; James Perry, Claremont, criminal trespass; Nicole Reed, Claremont, possession of a controlled drug, and David Travis, Claremont, on a credit card fraud charge.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office as well as Charlestown Claremont Croydon Grantham Police Department, Newport and Sunapee police departments, Vermont State Police, the Windsor County Vermont Sheriff’s Department as well as Springfield, VT, police, National Guard Counter Drug Program, NH Probation and Parole, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, ATF Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, and the New Hampshire State Police' Mobile Enforcement Team, Narcotics Investigations Unit, Special Weapons and Tactics Unit, Special Investigations Unit, Troop C, Troop G and Troop F troopers.
Further joint efforts are planned, according to officials.

Matthew Priestley, 35, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-95 North near Exit 3.
Christian Packard, 27, of Kensington, was arrested on Oct. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on I-95 North.
Eddie Sousa, 33, of Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 12 on DUI and possession; residual amount charges on Liberty Lane in Hampton.
Christopher Rodrigues, 21, of East Hampstead, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a possession of marijuana charge on Route 16 South at the Dover-Rochester town line.
Marie Collins, 34, of Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 11 on aggravated DUI-0.16+, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, DUI, and driving after revocation or suspension charges on Freetown Road in Raymond.

Brendan Paratore, 25, of Manchester, was arrested on a DUI charge on Oct. 17 on Route 101 East near Exit 1 in Manchester.
Tina Tomlinson, 53, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Salmon Street in Manchester.
Danh Nguyen, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on I-93 North in Derry on Oct. 14.
Joshua DeJesus, 20, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 14 on DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, and unlawful possession/intoxication charges on I-93 North near Exit 3 in Windham.
Jesse Longden, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant on I-293 North near Exit 4 in Manchester on Oct. 14.
Vongvilary Syhabout, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 13 on aggravated DUI-30+ mph and DUI charges on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 13 in Bedford.
Devin Joyce, 20, of Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 12 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges on the Everett Turnpike South near the Exit 1 offramp in Nashua.
Arianna Makris, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a suspension of vehicle registration charge on I-293 North in Manchester.
Charles Pelletier II, 24, of Merrimack, was arrested on Oct 12 on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges and a lane control violation on I-293 South in Manchester.
Jack Bouchard, 29, if Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof charges on I-293 in North in Manchester.
Sean LaFrance, 33, of Derry, was arrested on Oct. 11 on a DUI charge on RW Drive.
Troop D Blotter
Kevin Malave, 35, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested on a bench warrant on Oct. 16 on I-89 South in Grantham.
John Terry, 57, of Dade City, Florida, was arrested on Oct. 16 on a DUI charge on I-89 North near Exit 2 in Concord. Also charged was Nicki Rheaume, 31, of Dunstable, Massachusetts, on a possession of a controlled drug charge.
Luke Avery, 44, of South Ryegate, Vermont, was arrested on Oct. 15 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and operating without a valid license charges on I-89 South near Exit 18 in Lebanon.
Keith Knudsen, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 14 on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on I-93 North near Exit 14 in Concord.
Joshua Reasor, 43, of Contoocook, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a bench warrant on I-93 North in Hooksett.
Carlos Alvarez, 22, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested on an operating without a valid license charge on I-93 North in Bow on Oct. 14.
Taylor Winter, 18, of Penacook, was arrested on Oct. 14, on burglary and criminal trespass charges on Boston Hill Road in Andover.
Zeid Shair, 22, of Boston, MA, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a reckless operation charge on I-89 South just north of Exit 12 in New London.
Stephanie Goddu, 34, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a breach of bail conditions charge and a bench warrant on I-93 in North in Hooksett.
Aaron Benitez-Gaudette, 18, of East Wareham, on a DUI charge on Oct. 13 on I-93 South in Tilton.
Jael Letang, 24, of Dedham, MA, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a muffler, horn, lamps violation on I-93 South near the tolls in Hooksett.
Nicholas Poll, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 12 reckless operation and operating without a valid license charges on I-93 North in Canterbury.
Udit Shah, 22, of Boston, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on I-89 North near in the Exit 18 rest area in Lebanon on Oct. 12.
Johanna Rapalyea, 36, in Salisbury, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a simple assault charge on King Street in Boscawen.
Charles Boyd, 36, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 12 on DUI and habitual offender charges as well as an open container violation on I-93 North in Hooksett.
Brain Cavese, 35, of Plymouth, was arrested on Oct. 11 on a DUI-second offense charge on I-93 North in New Hampton.
Myles Hodge, 20, of Littleton, was arrested on Oct. 11 on I-93 North in Concord on transport alcohol by a minor charge as well as open container and unlawful possession/intoxication violations.
