After Chase On The Heights, Homeless Man Arrested On Meth Dealing Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Cassie L. Marcoux, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on July 24, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested after an incident at the Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Jared C. Lamprey, born 1996, of Sanbornton was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:45 p.m. on July 24 as well as a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation. He was arrested at 2 Merchants Way.

Anna K. Heine, 41, of Penacook Street in Concord was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on July 24 on a warrant after an incident on Penacook Street.

Shannon Elizabeth Williamson, born 1976, of Loudon received a summons at 3:10 p.m. on July 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation. She was charged on North State Street.

Jesse J. Lassonde, born 1992, of Webster was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on July 24 on reckless operation and conduct after an accident charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident at 189 Carter Hill Road.

David Ishida, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on July 23 on a criminal mischief charge on Warren Street.

Bonnie E. Cote, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on July 23 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Frederick M. Cote, 34, of Dunbar Street in Manchester was arrested at 3:55 a.m. on July 23 on felony possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. An officer patrolling the parking lot of the gas station at Gully Hill on Loudon Road spotted a 2012 Audi and ran the plate, which came back to Cote, who had an active warrant. The officer walked up to the vehicle and accused Cote of being passed out behind the wheel while the vehicle’s engine was running. Another officer arrived and they woke up Cote and asked what he was doing, a report said. Cote replied he was “Door Dashing,” an affidavit said. The warrant was confirmed and Cote was arrested. During transport to police headquarters, a second officer told the reporting officer that eight buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual film strips were found in the glove box of the vehicle, the report said. Cote was accused of telling the officer he had a prescription, but it got wet so he “doesn’t have it anymore,” with the officer adding, “Frederick didn’t really seem to know where he should go to get a new prescription.” He was booked and taken to county. Cote was also charged with conduct after an accident, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal mischief charges as well as an unsafe lane change violation after an incident at Starbucks on Loudon Road.

Kevin D. Harrington, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on June 23 on a sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug charges, both felonies, and a resisting arrest or detention charge. Police were sent to 7-Eleven on Loudon Road for a report of “tweakers” hanging around the building. When the officer arrived, and told all of the people to stay put and not move, one man, with a backpack, fled, a report said. The officer gave chase, ordering the man to stop, but he refused, an affidavit said. During the chase, the man tossed a backpack into the buses near Ormond Street but was later detained near a fence, the report said. After handcuffing the man, later identified as Harrington, the officer obtained the backpack and inventoried it. The officer wrote in the report that there were around 80 grams of methamphetamine inside, along with a digital scale, dozens of small baggies, other bags, and two other baggies with a brown powder believed to be a heroin-fentanyl mix. During questioning, Harrington was accused of admitting to his personal use of meth to being around half a gram a day — “which is significantly less than what he had in the backpack.” He was also accused of heroin-fentanyl being his “drug of choice.”

Robert Jonathan Gary Johnson, born 1987, of Belmont, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on June 23 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and two criminal mischief charges as well as a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property violation. He was arrested after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage.

Taylor Autmn Fields, born 1998, of Manchester was cited at 12:11 p.m. on June 23 on a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident on North State Street.
