Hudson Man Indicted On Rape Charge: Hillsborough Court Roundup

Man accused of attempting to rape girl; Nashua woman indicted on drug dealing charges; former Merrimack woman indicted on DWI crash charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Alicia Espinal, 35, of Ash Street in Nashua on three felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense, crack cocaine, charges. She was accused of selling the drug on Aug. 3, Oct. 4, and Oct. 6, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on possession of a controlled substance-information in U.S. District Court in September 2017.

Haley Farnsworth, 24, of Tyler Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 21, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug possession charge Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2021.

Daniel Frost, 26, of Robinson Road in Hudson on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman on July 11, 2021, in Hudson.

Jonathan Fuller, 37, of Francestown Road in Greenfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining a 2012 Subaru Forester, owned by another person, on Oct. 31, 2021, in Mason.

Dustin Gagnon, 34, of Blossom Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, charges on Oct. 16, Dec. 7, and Dec. 27, 2021, in Nashua.

Nicole Gaudette, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua on self-defense weapon; possession by a felon and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing a Taser and the drug on Dec. 11, 2021, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of felony acts prohibited in Texas in March 2009.

Craig Gilcris, 50, of Madison Avenue in Berlin on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, computer pornography prohibited, and possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a cellphone to speak with a person he believed to be a girl to arrange for a meeting and exchanging messages as well as possessing child pornography on Nov. 12, 2021, in Nashua.

Tyler Harvey, 26, of Norway Plains Road in Rochester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 10, 2021, in Nashua.

Leah Haselton, 46, of no fixed address in Hudson and formerly of Merrimack, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an incident, reckless conduct, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, all felonies. The charges stem from a crash on Ferry Street in Hudson on Oct. 26, 2021, that led to injuries sustained by another driver.

Sean Hendricks, 31, of Beacon Court in Nashua on a felony unemployment compensation fraud charge. He was accused of filing for unemployment benefits while being employed by a land design company between Jan. 11, 2020, and Jan. 9, 2021, in Nashua.
