Alleged Concord Meth Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Pittsfield strangler, convicted thieves facing new theft charges, and an alleged Farmington reckless driver all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in March.

Erik Duffy, 34, of Lilac Street in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl as well as driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, and transporting a controlled drug. The charges stem from alleged incidents on June 10, in Concord, and July 14, 2016, on Loudon Road in Concord.

Thomas Dwyer, 47, of King Street in Boscawen, for possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Feb. 8, 2017, in Boscawen.

Laura Fortin, 48, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, methylphenidate allegedly on July 14, and July 15, 2016, in Concord. Previously, Fortin was convicted of uttering a forged prescription in Grafton Superior Court in September 2004.

Angie Fowler, 50, of Merrimack Street in Concord, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly stealing items from the Speedway on North Main Street. The charge was elevated to a felony due to two previous convictions – theft in March 2015 and willful concealment in March 2013, both in Claremont District Court.

Elizabeth Fuery, 21, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Jan. 24, 2017, in Hooksett.

Tammy Gagnon, 47, of Lafayette Street in Allenstown and Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, Clonazepam allegedly on Jan. 16, 2017, in Hooksett.

Corey Galletly, 39, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence on Feb. 6, 2017, in Pittsfield for allegedly strangling a woman who was an intimate partner.

Jonathan Glidden, 34, of South Fruit Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street on Jan. 20, 2017, after being twice convicted of theft in the past.

Brandy Hager, 37, of Thorndike Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on Nov. 28, 2016, at the Bon Ton on Loudon Road in Concord after previously being convicted of theft twice in Concord District Court in November 2016.

Tyler Harvey, 21, of Crescent Street in Farmington, for felony reckless conduct as well as two counts of disobeying an officer, two counts of driving after revocation or suspension, and two counts of reckless driving. On Oct. 28, 2016, he allegedly drove on Catamount Road in Pittsfield at a high rate of speed with a passenger in the vehicle and after already having his driving privileges suspended.
