Maine Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images, Indecent Exposure Charges: Court Roundup

NY man indicted on gun, knife threat charges; Merrimack drug indictment; VA man indicted on threat, arson charges; Nashua man faces 4th DWI.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Ian Hawes, 57, of Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia, on domestic violence and attempted arson charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill an intimate partner with a firearm, burning down her house, and driving for five hours to New Hampshire, which constituted as a substantial step toward committing arson on April 12 in Nashua. Nicole Islas, 33, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on common nuisance and possession of fentanyl-subsequent offense-while out on bail charges, both felonies, on Jan. 17 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on fentanyl charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2019. Islas was also out on bail at the time of the incident.

Bryan Jaynes, 35, of Acorn Street in Staten Island, New York, on four felony counts of domestic violence. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a gun on March 10, and Oct. 7, 2021, in Nashua and threatening an intimate partner with a knife on Oct. 20, 2021, and between Sept. 1, and Oct. 31, 2021, in Nashua.

Siobhan Jencks, 32, of Harvard Street in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on March 3 in Hudson.

Ricky Jordan, 52, of Middlesex Road in Topsham, Maine, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, two indecent exposure and lewdness, and three distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of communicating with a person he thought was a child on Facebook Messenger on Sept. 7, 2022. Jordan was also accused of sending photos of himself and his penis to the person he thought was a child on June 15 and August 12, 2022. Between June 15 and Sept. 13, 2022, according to the indictment, he sent videos of naked children electronically to another person.

Joanne Keefe, 62, of Bowers Landing Drive in Merrimack on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Prime Storage Company in Hudson between Oct. 5 and Oct. 20, 2022.

Christopher Levreault, 45, of Joy Avenue in Belmont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Merrimack at April 3.

Robert Lilburn, 57, of Eastman Street in Nashua on a felony driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunken driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on April 13 after being convicted for DWI or OUI three times between April 2016 and March 2018 in Derry and Juneau County.

Ashley Liljeblad, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of damaging electrical components at the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua between March 12 and April 2.
