Manchester Felon Indicted On Murder, Weapon Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Hillsboro felon indicted on child rape, 15 gun charges; Georgia man accused of voter fraud; man accused of drug possession in Bedford.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Anthonye Lawrence, 33, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of not informing Manchester police about a new address on July 20.

Christopher Levreault, 45, of Joy Avenue in Belmont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin-fentanyl charge on July 22 in Bedford.

Michael L. Lewis, 49, of Riverview Marietta, Georgia, on a felony wrongful voting charge. He was accused of voting in Manchester on Nov. 3, 2020, when he was not qualified to vote.

Genice Littlefield, 34, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of possessing a stolen 2017 Nissan Altima in Manchester on Aug. 17.

Michael Lovejoy, 46, of Ellen Brook Road in Hillsboro on seven counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and 15 counts felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a child in Hillsboro between Sept. 1, 2021, and Aug. 27. On Jan. 4, he was accused of possessing a Ruger carbine .44 caliber rifle, a Winchester 12 gauge shotgun, an H&R 1871 LLC Pardner pump shotgun, a Mossberg International 715T rifle, a Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15, an American Tactical .22 caliber rifle, a Ruger American .30-06 caliber rifle, a Glock Model 23 .40 caliber pistol, a Ruger LCP .38 caliber pistol, a Smith & Wesson M&P .38 caliber pistol, a Beretta M9 9 mm caliber pistol, a Sig Sauer Model 0365 9 mm caliber pistol, a Taurus .44 magnum caliber revolver, a Smith & Wesson .38 special revolver, and a Ruger model Security Six .357 caliber revolver. Lovejoy was convicted of felony dangerous weapon charges in Hingham District Court in Massachusetts in October 1998.

Matthew Luzzi, 62, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on St. Anselm’s Drive in Goffstown on Oct. 4 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Mammadagha Mammadov, 28, of Bedford Street in Burlington, Massachusetts, on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of making false statements on a claim to Progressive Insurance on March 21 in Manchester.

Raymond L. Moore, 41, of Manchester on two second-degree murder charges and a felony convicted felons count. He was accused of stabbing and killing Daniel Whitmore on Sept. 2 in Manchester. Moore was indicted on the weapon charge due to being a felon after a burglary conviction in Mississippi in January 2006. Tyson Morgan, 35, of Concord Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges. He was accused of firing a gun on Walnut Street in Manchester on July 24 and then hiding the firearm in a bush.

Alex Murphy, 27, of Clinton Road in Antrim on reckless conduct and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk, at speeds of more than 30 mph, crashing a vehicle, and causing injury on July 21 in Antrim.
