Brake Light Stop In Penacook Leads To Stalking Charge: Cop Log
Plus: Derry man arrested on criminal threatening, other charges; Concord women face assault charges; Belmont man picked up on warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Isabel A. Santos, 30, of Concord was cited at 11:50 p.m. on July 22, 2021, on a bench warrant after an incident on Branch Turnpike.
Kim M. Skaltsis, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on July 20 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges after an incident on Eastern Avenue.
Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was cited on a criminal trespass charge at 5:25 p.m. on July 19 after an incident on Concord Street.

Emily J. Barrett, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on July 18 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Branch Turnpike.
Patricia K. Turner, 37, of Merrimack Street in Penacook was cited at 12:35 p.m. on July 17 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Also charged was Dewayne Anthony Alan Turner, 37, of Merrimack Street in Penacook who was arrested on stalking and breach of bail charges. According to an affidavit, an officer on Village Street spotted a Chevrolet Cobalt with a brake light that was out and pulled over to speak to the driver after the vehicle pulled into the parking lot of the 7-Eleven on Village Street. The driver, Patricia Turner, told the officer it was not her vehicle and did not know there was an issue, a report stated. She was able to present a registration but not a license. The officer accused Dewayne Anthony Alan Turner of “avoiding eye contact” and acting “visibly nervous and sweating.” The officer ran a check on the driver and found her privileges were suspended due to not paying two fines, the report stated. Another officer arrived while the officer ran the passenger’s information. He was not allowed to be within 300 feet of the driver, per a bail order out of Hooksett District Court. He was taken into custody and she was given a summons.

Christopher L. Levreault, 43, of Belmont was cited at 1:55 p.m. on July 15 on three bench warrants after an incident on Warren Street. He is due in Belknap County Superior Court on Aug. 13 for an arraignment on forgery charges out of Belmont from May 2020.
Isaiah R. Hughes, 25, of North Main Street in Concord was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on July 14 on simple assault and two resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a warrant. An officer saw a man near the Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road, which was not open at the time, and stopped to question the man. The man, however, continued to walk away and later, began running, the officer wrote in an affidavit. Eventually, the officer caught up with the man on Pembroke Road and "placed him on the ground" before questioning him. The man, later identified as Hughes, struggled with the officer and struck him in the left shoulder, an affidavit stated. Another officer arrived and they were both able to get control of Hughes. A check on Hughes yielded an active warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court from April 9 for nonappearance in court on dealing in or possession of prescription drugs, disobeying an officer, and receiving stolen property charges, a felony. He was arrested and held without bail. Hughes has a final pretrial hearing on the superior court case booked for Sept. 1.
Joseph Barbrick, 24, of Derry was arrested at 2 p.m. on July 14 on criminal threatening, reckless conduct, reckless conduct-domestic violence, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges after an incident at Sam’s Club on Sheep Davis Road.
Jose S. Harris, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on July 10 on a warrant after an incident on School Street.
Suraj Thatal, 23, of Concord was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on July 8 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Gardens. In April, felony second-degree and criminal threatening charges were nolle prossed against Thatal with him slated for a competency hearing on June 3.
Timothy Grover, born 1994, of Concord was cited at 9:15 p.m. on July 8 on a warrant. He was charged after an incident at Neuro International on Loop Road.
