Manchester Men Indicted On Stolen Gun Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Daniel E. Laguerre, 35, of Hunt Road in Peterborough on criminal mischief and three tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of damaging property in Peterborough on Aug. 24, 2022, and was accused of using a threatening tone and saying, “I really hope you don’t screw me,” or words to that effect while attempting to get another to withhold testimony on Aug. 28, 2022, in Manchester.

Christopher Levreault, 45, of Joy Avenue in Belmont on stalking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of violating a protective order in Manchester after previously being convicted of stalking in Lebanon District Court in March 2022 and retaining a Lexus that he knew to be stolen on Oct. 20, 2022, in Manchester.

Eric C. Lindberg, 53, of Olde Lantern Road in Bedford on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Sept. 16, 2022, in Bedford.

Joshua Maloney, 32, of Blucher Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, both felonies, in Bedford on March 30, 2022.

William R. Marchiani, 30, of Mar Vista Lane in Largo, Florida, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, receiving stolen property, and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property — a 2017 Ford F-250 owned by Home Depot that had been stolen, charges, all felonies, on Oct. 1, 2022, in New Boston.

Skyler Martel, 21, of Claremont Avenue in Manchester on a possession of alprazolam with intent to sell charge on Feb. 7, 2022, in Manchester.

Jonathan Martinez, 31, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of destroying a glass door at 7-Eleven on Oct. 1, 2022, in Manchester.

William Maurier, 42, of Coles Grove in Manchester on domestic violence, receiving stolen property-a Bushmaster AR rifle stolen from Vermont in June 2021, felonious use of firearm-a Bushmaster AR rifle and a Glock Model 27 .40 caliber pistol, two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, heroin/fentanyl and meth, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with the pistol, holding it to her head and saying, “I should just shoot you, you stupid f------ b----,” or words to that effect on Oct. 14, 2022, in Manchester.

Mohanad Mohamed, 26, of B Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a Glock 43X 9 mm on Aug. 21, 2022, in Manchester.

Raymond Monroe, 23, of Green Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and threatening her with a meat cleaver on Oct. 9, 2022, in Manchester.
