Allenstown Man Indicted On 7 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord woman accused of damaging hospital door; Pittsfield man indicted on motorcycle theft, meth charges; Belmont stalker indicted again.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Kimberly A. Huestis, 42, of Ledge Road in Northfield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 1, 2022, in Danbury.

Heather Hurley, 37, of Jennings Drive in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of repeatedly slamming a door against a wall at Concord Hospital on Aug. 21, 2022, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Sean Ipock-Gauthier, 34, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on possession of methamphetamine and receiving stolen property, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and retaining a stolen 2014 Harley-Davidson on Oct. 29, 2022, in Loudon.

Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 42, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing tools from Triumph Heating and Cooling in Bow on Oct. 24, 2022.

Kristen Kenney, 33, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on a felony possession of para-fluorofentanyl charge on April 15, 2022, in Franklin.

Sean P. Lambert, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft of lost or mislaid property and two possession of meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining a wallet owned by another person on Storrs Street and not turning it in to the police as well as possessing the drugs on Oct. 7, 2022, in Concord.

John L. Laplante, 47, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 3, 2021, in Franklin.

Christopher Levreault, 45, of Belmont, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on Nov. 1, 2022, in Hooksett after previously being convicted of stalking in April 2022, in Manchester District Court.

Javier Luna, 43, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 2, 2022, in Hooksett.

Kenneth William McGarr, 58, of Young Drive in Allenstown on indecent exposure and lewdness, three felonious sexual assault, and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of a pattern of fondling a girl repeatedly and pleasuring himself between January 1, 2016, and March 10, 2022, in Allenstown.
