Manchester Man Indicted On Computer Services Charge: Court

Dracut, Nashua men face strangulation charges; prostitution sex offender accused of duty to report; Hudson man indicted for gun threats.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently.

Timothy Bouley, 46, of Monadnock Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on Sept. 1, 2021.

Marcel Boutot, 31, of Clinton Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on June 20, 2021, in Nashua.

Rachel Call, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of injecting herself with a brown liquid with purpose to impair an investigation by Nashua police on Nov. 2, 2021.

Barbara Callahan, 56, of Joppa Road in Merrimack on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge after being accused of driving on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on July 23, 2021.

Thomas Charron, 43, of Cohas Avenue in Manchester on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of using WhatsApp and Whisper to solicit a person he believed was a 12-year-old girl to meet him so he could sexually assault her between July 16 and July 20, 2020, in Nashua.

Maureen Corsetti, 32, of Beacon Court in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Oct. 16, 2020, in Nashua.

Josean Cruz, 33, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony felon in possession charge — a silver 9 mm FEG PA-63 pistol on Sept. 27, 2021, in Nashua. He was convicted on a possession of cocaine in Osceola Circuit Court in Florida in January 2017.

Vernon Davis, 36, of Walnut Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and two felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2021, in Nashua, and during the same time period, possessed a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber pistol and a Taurus 692 revolver. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony criminal threatening charge in January 2010 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Timothy Dearborn, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, diazepam, alprazolam, and clonazepam, on Sept. 21, 2021, in Nashua.

Anna Decker, 40, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. She was accused of failing to report an email address to Nashua police on Aug. 25, 2020, after being convicted of prostitution and related offenses in July 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Matt M. Dispensa, 55, of Sousa Boulevard in Hudson on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and saying words to the effect of “is this worth dying over?” on Aug. 27, 2021, in Nashua.

Christopher Deputat, 32, of Mason Court in Laconia on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 6, 2021, in Nashua.

Kristopher Dery, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of altering a check issued to West Side Foods from Poultry Products LLC so that the check was to himself and changed the amount from $55,312.25 to $2,486.23 on July 26, 2021, in Merrimack.
