Maryland Man Arrested On False Imprisonment Charge: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Michael Mendes, 38, of Lake Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2019, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Edward Allen Goodnow, 49, of Temple Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Kathleen Chaberek, 44, of Orange Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a disorderly conduct and three simple assault charges.

Christopher M. Hayes, 36, of Arlington Street in Nashua, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge on Sept. 1.

Joseph R. Simard, 57, of Lock Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 1, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Ashlee Lavigne, 27, of Stanford Road in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 31, on driving after revocation or suspension, driving without giving proof, and driver's license prohibitions charges.

Yanna Peters, 38, of North Street in Nashua, was arrested on a DUI-second offense charge on Aug. 31.

Ricky Jones, 37, of Hilsdale Road in Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested on Aug. 30, on DUI and operating without a valid license charges as well as an open container violation.

Catherine D. Eldridge, 54, of Inca Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a DUI charge.

Dasha Monique Durham, 45, of Canal Street in Nashua, was arrested on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges on Aug. 30.

Allison L. Grande, 37, of Quincy Drive in Bedford, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Malik Ndiaye, 20, of Eckhardt Road in Bowie, Maryland, was arrested on July 21, on domestic violence-false imprisonment and driving after revocation or suspension charges.

Jorge Lewis Curet, 33, of Fulton Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 20, on a criminal trespass charge.

Jeffrey P. Shepard, 38, of Fox Hollow Drive in Hudson, was arrested on July 19, on a disorderly conduct charge.

Jose Gurley, 20, homeless, was arrested on July 19, on a capias warrant as well as two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.
