Milford Man Indicted On Nashua Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua, Mason residents accused of distributing drugs; Hudson felon indicted on knife charges; Pelham, Nashua theft cases.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Michael Adorno, 37, of no fixed address in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Footlocker, JC Penny, and Target in Nashua, within a 72-hour period, on April 7. He is a felon due to an possession with intent to distribute substances in Boston District Court in December 2006.

Jason Aubut, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, clonazepam, and methamphetamine, charges. He was accused of selling meth to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on Oct. 7, 2021, and Nov. 17, 2021, while possessing the other drugs on June 29 in Nashua. Previously, Aubut was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on a charge in December 2012.

Shawn Bailey, 35, of Ash Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges. He was accused of possessing crack and fentanyl with intent to distribute on April 13 in Nashua and possessing fentanyl on May 12 in Nashua. Previously, Bailey was convicted on a drug offense in Massachusetts.

Raymond Brown, 44, of Queen City Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of kicking and-or punching another person, leading to a fractured left femur on the victim, on July 31 in Nashua.

Andrew Budrick, 37, of Briarcliff Drive in Milford on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Mercury Mountaineer on the Everett Turnpike on Nov. 14, 2021, in Nashua, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Bryan Cashman, 37, of Clement Road in Hudson on theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing copper and brass pipes and fittings, the property of Willscot in Pelham, on March 12, 2021.

Ashley Christopher, 37, of Depot Road in Mason on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges. She was accused of possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute to others on April 13 in Nashua and also possessing crack cocaine. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on other charges.

Bryan Gonzalez Clemente, 28, of Capron Road in Milford on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman on July 19 in Nashua.

Brian Clark, 32, of Elaine Street in Hudson on two felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a switchblade knife and three Smith & Wesson throwing knives on Aug. 21 in Hudson. Clark is a felon due to a sale of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June.

Keith Clermont, 42, of Farewell Road in Tyngsboro, MA, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Sagamore Bridge in Hudson on July 20 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
