NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Josiah Dejesus, 18, of Grand Concourse in the Bronx, New York, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. He's accused of presenting a false Georgia driver's license while trying to obtain an iPhone XS via a phone upgrade on another person's account on July 18, 2019, in Nashua.

Charles Deprima, 48, of West Street in Milford, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, as well as a misdemeanor domestic violence-assault charge. He's accused of striking another man in the legs with an aluminum rod and concealing the rod in a dumpster on Oct. 16, 2019, in Milford.

Melanie Deschene, pictured lower middle, 38, of Oakland Avenue in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of transferring $6,632.82 from another person's account to her own account on April 2, 2019, in Nashua.

Robert Eastman, 50, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Spring Street in Nashua on Sept. 28, 2019, in Nashua.

Ryan Fairbanks, 33, homeless, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 9, 2019, in Milford.

Ryan Flannery, upper middle, 24, of Pine Road in Hudson, on burglary and domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing and threatening to strike another man with a hatchet staying, "I'll f------ stab you" or words to that effect in Hudson on Oct. 18, 2019.

Duane Forster, upper right, 44, of Mayfair Lane in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Sept. 29 in Merrimack.

Christopher Frost, 27, of Bog Road in Concord, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He's accused of concealing heroin or fentanyl from Hudson police behind his vehicle's fuel cap in order to impair an investigation on Sept. 22, 2019.
