Nashua Teen Indicted On Strangulation Charge: Indictment Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Josiah Dejesus, 18, of Grand Concourse in the Bronx, New York, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. He's accused of presenting a false Georgia driver's license while trying to obtain an iPhone XS via a phone upgrade on another person's account on July 18, 2019, in Nashua.

Charles Deprima, 48, of West Street in Milford, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, as well as a misdemeanor domestic violence-assault charge. He's accused of striking another man in the legs with an aluminum rod and concealing the rod in a dumpster on Oct. 16, 2019, in Milford.

Melanie Deschene, pictured lower middle, 38, of Oakland Avenue in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of transferring $6,632.82 from another person's account to her own account on April 2, 2019, in Nashua.

David Dion, lower left, 31, of an unknown address in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving a 2006 Nissan Maxima on Gusabel Avenue in Nashua on Oct. 6, 2019.

Jean Dumas, 32, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Nashua on Oct. 31, 2019.

Robert Eastman, 50, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Spring Street in Nashua on Sept. 28, 2019, in Nashua.

Ryan Fairbanks, 33, homeless, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 9, 2019, in Milford.

Ryan Flannery, upper middle, 24, of Pine Road in Hudson, on burglary and domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing and threatening to strike another man with a hatchet staying, "I'll f------ stab you" or words to that effect in Hudson on Oct. 18, 2019.

Duane Forster, upper right, 44, of Mayfair Lane in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Sept. 29 in Merrimack.

Christopher Frost, 27, of Bog Road in Concord, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He's accused of concealing heroin or fentanyl from Hudson police behind his vehicle's fuel cap in order to impair an investigation on Sept. 22, 2019.

Jan Garcia, upper left, 18, of Lake Street in Nashua, on two felony second-degree assault charges. He is accused of strangling a former intimate partner on Sept. 22, 2019, in Nashua.
