Nashua Woman Indicted On Domestic Violence Charges: Court Roundup

Litchfield man indicted on a felonious sexual assault charge; MA man faces burglary charge; Hudson man indicted on theft, bad check charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Caroline Dahl, 41, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 24, 204, in Nashua.

Hoai Dao, 42, of Clements Road in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was accused of controlling $1,501-plus worth of merchandise from Lowe’s in Nashua between Dec. 11, 2023, and March 22, 2024.

Kaitlynn Dobry, 25, of Hobbs Avenue in Nashua, on two felony domestic violence charges. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife twice on Oct. 14, 2024, in Nashua.

Ryan D. Duval, 36, of Brook Drive in Hudson, on two issuing bad checks and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of issuing two checks to another man for $5,000, knowing they would not be paid by M&T Bank in Pelham and taking control of two units belonging P&C Realty Trust LLC when he signed a lease using an alias on Jan. 12, 2024.

Keith Freeman, 40, of Kit Street in Keene, on two felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on April 11, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a possession charge in Cheshire County Superior Court in April 2024.

Samuel Gonzalez Martinez, 34, of Perham Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 25, 2024, in Nashua.

Nicholas O’Neil, 41, of College Lane in Methuen, MA, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Stateline Market in Pelham and stealing multiple cartons of cigarettes on May 9, 2020.

Matthew R. Peabody, 33, of Greenwich Road in Litchfield, on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a child for sexual arousal on March 14, 2023, in Litchfield.

Alexander Rivera Aponte, 41, of Williams Court in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 18, 2024, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in May 2018, according to the indictment.

Christine Ann Smith, 48, of Main Street in Hinsdale, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of exercising control over more than $1,500 owned by Silk Screen Graphics LLC in Milford between March 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

Stacey Joseph Soucy, 54, of no fixed address in Lowell, MA, on five felony theft by unauthorized taking charges.
