Hillsborough County Superior South Drug Indictments Issued

Alleged drug dealers from Nashua, other communities face counts, Merrimack, Milford men indicted for possession, alleged burglar indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Adam Parker, 37, lower right, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, heroin-fentanyl, heroin allegedly on March 23, 2015, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February 2014.

Christopher Peak, 49, lower middle, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on Oct. 11, and Oct. 16, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in May 2000, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Emerson Pena-Hernandez, 25, upper left, of Lear Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of burglary. On Dec. 12, 2017, he allegedly burglarized an apartment on Lock Street in Nashua and the Jiffy Lube on East Hollis Street in Nashua.

Jhonathan Pimentel, 28, upper middle left, of Hyde Park Avenue in Roslindale, on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, heroin-fentanyl, crack cocaine for allegedly selling the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Pelham Police Department on Oct. 26, Nov. 2, Nov. 9, and Dec. 8, 2017.

Kaitlin Quigley, 25, of Custer Circle in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Xanax, Suboxone allegedly on Jan. 2, 2018, in Nashua.

Alexander Rivera Aponte, 36, upper middle right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 1, 2018.

Bo Rodden, 27, upper right, of Robbins Road in Merrimack, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 23, 2018, in Merrimack.

Megan Sanborn, 32, of Nashua Street in Milford, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam, lorazepam allegedly on Jan. 18, 2018, in Milford.

Joel Seaman, 38, of Ponemah Hill Road in Milford, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Dec. 7, 2017, in Milford.

Justin Spencer, 30, lower left, of Salvail Court in Nashua, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on Oct. 29, and Nov. 19, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft and theft by deception in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on April 2013.
