NH Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Residents On Various Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Kevin Brouillard Jr., 42, of Everett Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of on a charge of possession of an anabolic steroid and a warrant out of Salem District Court on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge.

Dionisios D. Hologitas, 32, bottom left, of Burnham Avenue in Brockton, MA, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest failure to appear at a disciplinary conference on an original charge of cocaine possession.

Robert D. Maguire, 40, of Spencer Street in Chelsea, MA, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of Buprenorphine possession, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by unauthorized taking, on a judge’s order to arrest falsifying physical evidence, and on a judge’s order to arrest, a second warrant, for failure to appear at the plea of an original charge of shoplifting.

Jonathan K. Dorestant, 28, a homeless man now located in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of fentanyl.

Joseph M. Hart, 36, upper left, of Oak Street in Falmouth, MA, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft of a motor vehicle, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft of a motor vehicle, on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of reckless conduct, and on a judge’s order to arrest for three counts of disobeying an officer.

Amanda L. Avelar, 25, of Stevens Avenue in Portland, ME, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the review hearing of an original charge of shoplifting.

Katelin J. Burke, 26, of Summer Street in Andover, MA, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing on an original charge of fentanyl possession. She was arrested on Nov. 13, 2017.

William R. Chenard, 41, of High Lawn Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of shoplifting.
