Alleged Portsmouth Stalker Arrested: Police Log
Plus, Rochester woman and juveniles arrested on drug charges and a Dover woman was arrested on driving charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Claudia L. Grant, 46, of Lowell Street in Rochester, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on April 2, 2017, for criminal trespass and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested on Woodbury Avenue after an officer was flagged down near a trailer.

Robert Denicola, 42, of Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on April 2, 2017, for stalking and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on a warrant.

Dianne S. Ralph, 59, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on April 2, 2017, for criminal trespass and a bench warrant. Police were sent to a local business for a report of a guest who stayed the previous night and refused to leave, according to a report, because she couldn’t afford to stay another night. Staffers at the establishment reported that the woman appeared to have two different names. She was later arrested.
Three juveniles were arrested at 4 p.m. on March 29, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after an alleged incident on Lafayette Road.

Michael J. Germain, 55, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on March 28, 2017, on a warrant for criminal trespass. He was arrested on Islington Street.
Jennifer Leighton, 43, of Gold Post Road in Dover, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. She was arrested on Maplewood Avenue.
