Rockingham County Sheriffs Arrest Concord Man on Drug Charges

​Manchester man arrested on burglary charge, Seabrook woman charged with theft, drugs, DWI. Dover man faces second-degree assault charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Dianne S. Ralph, 59, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for witness tampering, on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for failure to appear at a breach of bail charge, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a domestic criminal threat charge.

Taylor J. Carpentier, 22, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in court for possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl charges.

Thomas J. Supry, 26, of Dover Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a burglary charge.

Stephanie A. Lescard, 27, of Stratton Road in Jaffrey, was arrested on Oct. 28, 206, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP controlled premises drug kept charge.

Meagan E. Welch, 27, a homeless woman now located in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for drug court violation on a theft charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court at a court review session of a theft charge, and two bench warrants – one for DWI and another for acts prohibited.

Anthony T. Colon, 26, of Glen Road in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea of an assault on a corrections officer charge.

Warren J. Helm, 31, of Conning Road in Dover, was arrested on Oct. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a second-degree assault charge.
