Auburn Man Accused Of Threatening To Shoot Dog: Superior Court Roundup
Woman accused of threatening to shoot man; Pittsfield man faces corrections officer assault charge; drug, habitual offender indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Derek Edward Ainsworth, 46, of Granite Street in Framingham, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Nov. 14, 2021, in Portsmouth.
Rebecca Boulay, 43, of Hampstead Road in Derry on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and threatening to shoot them and breaking the victim's tibia after pushing them down the stairs on May 30 in Derry.

Robert D. Burelle, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies, as well as a breach of bail conditions charge. He was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County House of Corrections after previously being convicted of possession in Newburyport District Court in Massachusetts in August 2007.
Thomas W. Burns, 37, of Wilson’s Crossing Road in Auburn on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening to shoot a dog with a firearm on March 18 in Auburn.

James Marshall Canney, 60, of Depot Road in Epping on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of a Dunkin’ Donuts in Raymond on Jan. 2.
Kevin Michael Carr, 43, of Joy Street in Pittsfield on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of strangling a Rockingham County correctional officer on May 13 in Brentwood.
Jamie Paul Comeau, 46, of Marble Street in Athol, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine and fentanyl mix charge on March 7 in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a heroin possession charge in Fall River District Court in Massachusetts in January 2003.
Diana Crespo, 40, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, on two identity fraud and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of accessing another person’s Bank of America account and posing as the person to obtain money between Sept. 13, and Oct. 13, 2021, in Salem. Between Aug. 9, and Oct. 20, 201, she was accused of removing money from the New England Regional Mortgage via a HP workstation.
Ernest Joseph Dignard Jr., 60, of South Main Street in Seabrook on a breach of bail and two felony habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on South Main Street in Seabrook on Oct. 12, 2021, and Lafayette Road in Seabrook on May 7, after being deemed a habitual offender by the state. Dignard was out on bail on habitual offender and resisting arrest charges when arrested on May 7.
Cassandre Dutrevil, 30, of Prospect Street in Haverhill, MA, on possession of psilocin (mushrooms), possession of LSD, possession of MDMA, possession of oxycodone, and possession of tramadol charges, all felonies, as well as possession of more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hashish charges on Oct. 13, 2021, in Plaistow.
