Franklin Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Counts: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man indicted on fentanyl sale, possession charges; Danbury felon indicted on knife possession, reckless driving, other charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jeffrey Allen, 56, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 1 on Clinton Street in Concord.

Gary Blake, 50, of Queen Street in Boscawen on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 27 in Bow.

Jonathan Bryceland, 28, of South Broadway in Pennsville, New Jersey, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a vehicle owned by Avis in Hooksett on April 14.

Haleen A. Buonano, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Milano’s Mini Mart in Concord on Feb. 5 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Christopher Butler, 38, of South Berwick, Maine, on two harm or threats to certain government officials charges. He was accused of making phone threats against a judge in Concord on March 22.

Kevin M. Carr, 43, of Joy Street in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control over a Volkswagen Tiguan on Feb. 13 in Pittsfield.

Kelani A. Castellez, 34, of Range Road in Belmont on three receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. On April 14, in Concord, she was accused of receiving licenses and Social Security card owned by two people and knew or believed they were stolen. Twice before, the indictment stated, she was convicted on theft charges.

Dakota Chase, 22, of Franklin Street in Franklin on aggravated felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl between Jan. 1, and Dec. 31, 2017, in Franklin.

Samuel Chase, 23, of Pinewood Drive in Hopkinton on a possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix charge in the area of Clinton Street in Concord on April 1. At the time, he was out on bail due to another charge in superior court from January. Previously, according to the indictment, Chase was convicted of felony drug possession.

Corey Cole, 31, of Drake Hill Road in Danbury on possession of a deadly weapon by a convicted felon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, as well as reckless driving and speeding-26+ mph charges. He was accused of being in possession of a knife and throwing it toward the wood line of Route 4 after being stopped for speeding while riding a motorcycle on May 3 in Danbury. Cole is a felon due to a receiving stolen property conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in September 2019.

Larry Cole, 40, of Union Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent and four possession of controlled drugs-subsequent, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, all felonies. The drug sales charge and one possession count were connected to an incident on Sept. 28, 2021, in Hooksett while the other charges were from Aug. 27, 2021, and April 1 in Concord.
