Somersworth Woman Indicted On Fatal Fentanyl-Meth Dispensing Charge

Stratham man indicted on 22 assault, other charges; 3 from Maine indicted for reckless conduct incidents; Salem man faces firearm charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Lucas E. Davidson, 24, of Route 103 in Newbury on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 9, 2021, in Portsmouth.

Michael Deschesne, 31, of Old Portland Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, on reckless conduct, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix charges, all felonies. He was accused of switching seats inside a moving vehicle on Interstate 95 in Greenland on June 13, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in York District Court in March 2018.

Ahmed M. Duale, 27, of Bartlett Street in Lewiston, ME, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-extended term of imprisonment and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly, weaving around heavy traffic at up to 105 mph without his hands on the steering wheel, on Interstate 95 in Greenland on April 3, placing a Maine state trooper in danger. Samantha J. Engelking, 39, of Country Ridge Mobile Home Park in Rochester on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 2, 2021, in Portsmouth.

Michael John Foye, 46, of Webster Street in Manchester on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a garage in Sandown on April 11 and stealing a chainsaw and torch set.

Michael J. Glidden, 53, of Greendale Avenue in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of disposing of construction and building materials owned by Dreamscape Development of Hampstead on Feb. 19.

Sandra J. Gowell, 64, of Tobey Road in New Gloucester, ME, on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of pointing a handgun at another person in Stratham on March 17.

Sara J. Harriman, 39, of Franklin Street in Somersworth on sale of controlled drug-death resulting and sale of controlled drug-subsequent charges. She was accused of dispensing a fentanyl and meth mix and killing another person on May 24, 2021, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of a prior offense.

Sean P. Houlihan, 51, of Shepard Avenue in Salem on a felony criminal threatening-firearm charge. He was accused of displaying a firearm and pointing it at another person in Hampton on Sept. 20, 2021.

Peter D. Ikier, 43, of Thornhill Road in Stratham on criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, kidnapping-domestic violence, criminal restraint, and three second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief and 14 domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling, holding a knife to her neck, and assaulting an intimate partner between April 1 and July 31, 2020, as well as Oct. 31 and Nov. 8, 2020.

Richard L. Jones, 47, of Lawrence Road in Salem on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing an intimate partner in danger by driving while they were on the hood of the vehicle on March 18 in Salem.

Duncan Mwangi Kamau, 31, of Richardson Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2014 GMC Savana from UHaul of Lowell, MA, on Aug. 31, 2021, in Salem that had been stolen.
