Allenstown Teen Arrested On Robbery Charges: Concord Police Log
Plus: Elderly woman arrested on assault charges in Penacook; Laconia man charged with forgery; and other men face resisting arrest charges.

CONCORD, NH — Scott David Hollis, 34, homeless, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on July 22, 2019, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. According to a court affidavit, at just after 4 p.m., officers were sent to Charles Street for a report of a fight in progress, potentially a domestic incident. Dispatch reported that a person involved in the incident had left the scene with a dog. The first officer saw the man and began speaking with him but she requested backup saying that the man was being "uncooperative." A second officer arrived and both reportedly told the man to stop walking away. The man "stated that he knew the law and that he was not going to stop," the affidavit stated. The first officer was able to get the man into handcuffs and he was arrested. He refused bail and was held.
Carlos Alberto Ramirez, born 1983, of Laconia, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on July 20, on a forgery charge at Centerpoint Church on North State Street.
Decontee Brooks, born 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 8:11 p.m. on July 18, on an operating without a valid license charge on Fisherville Road.

Duane Ansel Hardy Jr., born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on July 18, on a resisting arrest or detention charge and a bench warrant at the Rite Aide on North State Street.
Theodore W. Warren, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. of July 17, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges on Washington Street in Penacook.

Daniel S. Acorn Jr., born 2000, of Allenstown, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on July 15, 2019, on two robbery and conspiracy to commit charges after an incident at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.
Curtis James Ayer, born 1989, homeless, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on July 12, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street.
Leslie R. Coad, born 1943, of Concord, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on July 12, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.
Samantha Engelking, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on July 11, 2019, on a warrant at the Office of Public Guardian on Pillsbury Street.
