Manchester Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Christopher Eaves, 35, of Main Street in Antrim on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-lorazepam, buprenorphine, and crack cocaine charges on Nov. 16, 2020, and Jan. 25 in Hooksett.

Michael L. Foye, 45, of Webster Street in Manchester on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, and a driving after suspension charge. He was accused of exercising control over the property of Belletetes Building Supply and driving on Main Street in Andover on Jan. 19.

Ryan Gatchell, 45, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a girl in Hooksett sometime between Jan. 1, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2012.

Alfredo Gonzalez Blas, 51, of Thornton Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and heroin mix charge on Nov. 20, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment he was convicted of a felony in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Sheri Winters, 56, of Southwest Road in Canterbury on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on April 9, 2019, in Bow.

Sandra E. Anzalone, 44, of West Bow Street in Franklin on two felony possession of controlled drugs-meth charges on Jan. 18 and April 29 in Franklin. At the time, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from October 2020.

Brittney Webster, 30, of Northwood on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 5 in Franklin.

Maximillian Starkey, 41, with a last known address of Detour Road in Webster, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Franklin police on March 19.

Robert Moore, 37, of School Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol mix as well as two counts of controlled drugs in a motor vehicle on June 20, 2020, in Franklin.

James A. Machado Sr., 46, of School Street in Franklin on a felony sale of meth charge on May 5 in Franklin and a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 24 in Franklin.

Jeffrey Descoteaux, 32, of Crescent Street in Pittsfield on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman on June 14 in Pittsfield.

Roger Warren Tallini, 43, of Shawmut Street in Penacook on a felony habitual offender charge, accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Bow on March 27.
