Somersworth Man Arrested On Drunken Driving Charge For A Second Time: Portsmouth Cops Log
Plus: Rochester woman faces theft, other charges; assault charge on Court Street; an overdose was reported on Snug Harbor Avenue.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Matthew V. Famulari, 40, of Adams MHP in Rye was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:38 p.m. on March 21, 2023, on Greenleaf Woods Drive. He was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.
Stephen Berounsky, 28, of Quarry Road in North Berwick, Maine, was arrested on two bench warrants at 11:56 p.m. on March 20. Also arrested was Arielle Kaylyn Clavet, 29, of Valley Road in North Berwick, ME, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Woodbury Avenue.
Briana Gammon, 34, of Lincoln Street in Rochester was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on March 20 on theft and false report to law enforcement charges. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of two possible shoplifters in the electronics department. Later, a woman was found to have an electronic bench warrant and was detained.

Sharlene T. Marshall, 58, of Silver Bell Est in Rochester was arrested on a warrant at 9:24 a.m. on March 20 at Middle Street and Miller Avenue.
Raymond W. Harris, 60, of Court Street in Portsmouth was cited at 9:42 a.m. on March 14 on a simple assault charge on Court Street.

Emmanuel George Pitsiladis, 41, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on March 13 on criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions charges. Police were sent to a store on Hanover Street for a report of a possibly homeless subject in the store under the influence. The man was arrested later.
Ronald De Jesus Escobar, 28, of Central Street in Somersworth was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on March 13 on driving while intoxicated, DWI-second offense, and alcohol ignition interlock circumvention charges. Police were sent to a crash on Market Street. Police reported a road rage incident between a truck and Volkswagen Passat, possibly concerning a lane, and the VW crashing into a parked car. The truck took off, police said. The airbags in the VW were deployed, with police reporting the driver of the vehicle appeared to be intoxicated. He was arrested later.
An overdose was reported on Snug Harbor Avenue at 9:58 a.m. on March 10. He was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Eric Hoffler, 55, of Winthrop Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut, was cited at 7:13 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. A vehicle was reported driving the wrong way on Congress Street. After being stopped, he was cited for being a suspended driver.
Richard T. Will, 40, of an unknown address, was arrested on a theft charge at 8:32 a.m. on Feb. 22. He was arrested on a warrant.
