Alleged Concord, Northfield Drug Dealers Indicted

Alton woman indicted on stolen car charges, Penacook woman indicted for assaulting another prison, Vermont man indicted for child support.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.

Valerie Fredette, 33, of Elliot Road in Alton, for theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies, for allegedly retaining a stolen 2013 Chevrolet Cruze owned by a Concord man on Dec. 25, 2016, as well as stealing a 2003 Cadillac Seville owned by a Concord woman on March 29, 2017, on Fisherville Road.

Robert R. Frene, 52, of Water Street in Meredith, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving a U-Haul truck on Fayette Street in Concord on April 12, 2017.

Haley Gadwah, 25, pictured lower right, of Penacook, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Women at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by a prisoner. On Feb. 20, 2017, she allegedly grabbed another woman by the hair and struck her head and face in the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Justin Gauthier, 39, pictured upper left, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to dispense as well as two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, carfentanil with intent to dispense, all felonies, allegedly on March 16, 2017, in Northfield.

Timothy Gauthier, 36, of Beaver Ridge Road in Center Barnstead, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, reckless conduct, and felonious use of a firearm, all felonies. On Aug. 20, 2016, he allegedly discarded a loaded firearm in a wooded area on Laconia Road in Pittsfield

Shawn Gavell, 43, with a last known address of Pinehurst Street in Lyndonville, VT, for three felony counts of non-support. The charges stem from alleged incidents between October 2014, and May 2017, in Warner, for allegedly failing to provide support to a minor child as required by both district and superior court orders.

Brandon Glass, 35, pictured upper center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl and felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, and habitual offender. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 17, 2017, on Spruce Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of drug dealing in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2015.

Joann Grasso, 29, of Endicott Street in Laconia, and Joseph Grasso, 28, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for a felony count each of conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners allegedly between Feb. 12, and Feb. 21, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Prison, reportedly involving Suboxone in concert with John Allard and Stephanie Allard.

Michael Greenwood, 28, pictured upper right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by a prisoner. On Jan. 17, 2017, he allegedly head-butted a guard in the face at the New Hampshire State Prison.

Sara Gregg, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester and/or Weare, for two counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of a narcotic drug-Suboxone allegedly on Jan. 20, and Feb. 10, 2016, on Pleasant Street in Concord.

Tracy Hebert, 41, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Liberty, South Main, and Hall streets in Concord on Oct. 6, Oct. 11, and Oct. 13, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2015.

Janet Howe, 51, of Franklin Street in Franklin, for possession of a controlled drug-Zolpidem allegedly on April 14, 2017, in Franklin.
