Alleged Meth Dealers, Others Indicted: Merrimack Court Roundup
Concord prisoners indicted for assault, conspiracy, alleged welfare fraudsters indicted, and Franklin woman indicted on stolen Jeep charge.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.
Bridget Abbott, 46, of Laconia Road in Tilton, for felony welfare fraud and false swearing. Shawn Abbott, 50, also of Laconia Road in Tilton, was also indicted for felony welfare fraud. Between June 2011 and March 2016, they allegedly offered false statements or misrepresentation in order to obtain cash, food stamps, and medical care they were not entitled to while living on Park Street in Northfield.
Timothy Adjutant, 25, pictured upper left, of Concord, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by a prisoner. On March 22, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Prison, he allegedly punched and kicked another inmate.

John Allard, 32, pictured upper center, of Concord, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, and Stephanie Allard, 38, of Ashland, for felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners. Between Feb. 12, and Feb. 21, 2017, they allegedly worked in concert with Joann Grasso and Joseph Grasso to get Buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison.

Tonya Ano, 34, pictured upper right, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, for felony receiving stolen property. On April 6, 2017, she allegedly had control of a stolen vehicle – a Jeep Cherokee – in Hooksett.
Kayla Austin, 21, pictured lower left, of Penacook Street in Penacook, for prohibited conduct, negligent homicide, and manslaughter. Between July 18, and Aug. 1, 2016, she allegedly worked in concert with Bradford Ross to handle quantities of methamphetamine that their baby – Cayden Ross – was exposed to reportedly causing his death.
Kelly Barton, 20, pictured lower center, of Barton Road in Epsom, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Storrs Street in Concord on Aug. 31, 2016. According to the indictment, she was previously convicted of control of premises in Grafton Superior Court in July 2016.
Randy Barton, 48, pictured lower right, of Loudon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Aug. 18, 2016, in the parking lot of the Irving gas station in Bow and Sept. 1, 2016, in the parking lot of the Hampton Inn in Bow. At the time, according to the indictment, Barton was out on bail out of Concord District Court on a sale of a controlled drug charge.
