Women Indicted On Prison Drug Smuggling Charges: Roundup
Accused stalker in Hooksett indicted; prisoner indicted on stolen vehicle and paperwork charges; men indicted on habitual offender charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Robin Fernandez, 52, of Main Street in Claremont, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners. She is accused of agreeing with Everett Disorda to smuggle drugs into the state prison by storing them in her mouth on Dec. 4, 2018.
Matthew C. Gedney, 37, pictured far right, of Brentwood, currently incarcerated in the Grafton County House of Corrections, on five counts of receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and bail jumping, all felonies. He is accused of retaining a Ford F-250 from the parking lot at Walmart in Concord on Feb. 2, 2019. He is also accused of retaining a Dodge Ram owned by another person in Pembroke, a driver's license and vehicle registration of a Mercedes in Pembroke, and a Social Security card of a Pembroke woman on March 7. The bail jumping accusation is from March 21, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Gedney was convicted of willful concealment and receiving stolen property in Hooksett District Court in October 2016.

Virginia Gilpatrick, 37, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking. She is accused of stealing items from the Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive on March 19. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft in Concord District Court in August 2015, and Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2019.
Christopher Goodman, 45, of Starling Street in Keene, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge – on Route 3A in Bow – on Oct. 9, 2017.

Ryan N. Gates, 24, left center, of Franklin Heights in Rochester, on felony driving while deemed a habitual offender – on North Road in Epsom – on April 25.
Jesse Heselton, 38, of Rice Avenue in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on Jan. 2, on Garvins Falls Road in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, Heselton was out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court.
Travis Hunt, 36, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge on Dec. 22, 2018, after a collision on Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield causing bodily injury to himself.
Darrin Harbour, 45, of Elkins Street in Franklin, on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, on April 11, in Franklin.
Tracy Hebert, 43, right center, of Concord, currently incarcerated in the state prison for women, on a felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners. Between Nov. 1, and Dec. 15, 2018, she is accused of agreeing with Rachael Nickerson to hide drugs in a location where an inmate could retrieve them.
