Alleged Prowler from Merrimack Arrested: Log

Salem Police: Concord man allegedly holds Lynn woman against her will in a hotel and suspicious vehicle complaints lead to drug charges.

SALEM, NH - Melinda M. Bergeron, 25, of Leblanc Road in Pelham, was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, on two bench warrants. She was arrested at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane and released on $500 cash bail.

Michelle Langlois, 24, of Palmer Street in Salem, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, on a warrant from an outside agency after a suspicious person incident at the Rite Aide on South Broadway. Goffstown Police later came to Salem to pick her up.

Jane M. Savastano, 48, of Alfred Drive in Salem, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Mario M. Rojas, 31, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams) and resisting arrest. Also arrested was Tiffany M. Margardo, 27, of Bay View Avenue in Lynn, MA, for resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a report from a third party that Margardo was reportedly being held against her will in a room at the hotel by Rojas. Police showed up and on Rojas was allegedly fleeing from the scene. He was later caught, arrested, and released on $1,000 cash bail.

Shawn C. Jozokos, 40, of Golden Oaks Drive in Salem, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, for DUI-impairment after police were tipped off that he might be leaving T-Bones on South Broadway in an intoxicated state.

Adam T. Miller, 25, of Brook Street in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs, transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle, and breach of bail. Also arrested was Timothy Mills, 31, of Nichols Street in Merrimac, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after a disabled motor vehicle was found at the Rockingham Park on Rockingham Park Boulevard. Mills was held on $500 cash bail; Miller refused bail services.

Tyler Paul, 22, of Northwood Drive in Merrimack, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2016, for loitering/prowling. Also arrested was Mariah M. Guilmette, 20 of Salem Street in Nashua, for possession of controlled drug (heroin, crack, less than 1 gram) and transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle. Police were sent to Boston Express on Raymond Avenue for a report of a number of subjects parked in the long-term lot for a long period of time.

Seth D. Giberson, 23, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Feb. 21, 206, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams) after suspicious vehicle call in the parking lot of Planet Fitness on South Broadway.

Kelvin Caraballo, 28, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2015, for DUI-impairment, possession of controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams), transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container. Police were sent to Cluff Crossing Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle behind a building. The operator was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel, according to police. He was later arrested.
