Danville Man Indicted On 4 Negligent Homicide Charges After Crash: Rockingham County Court Indictments

Concord, Manchester felons indicted on weapon charges; man faces meth, cocaine intent charges; falsifying physical evidence indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Tad Abbott, 43, of Pine Street in Northwood, on a felony non-support charge. He was accused of failing to pay child support of more than $10,000 after being ordered to by the Candia Family District Court on Feb. 23.

Victor Angel Alvarado, 38, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on a felony count of felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing a knife in Derry on Feb. 23. Alvarado is a felon due to a previous drug possession-subsequent conviction in Hillsborough County in August 2025.

Eric Anderson, 54, of Jackson Street in Concord, on a felony count of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was accused of possessing a collapsible baton-billy club in Auburn on Feb. 2. Jackson is a felony due to a first-degree assault conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2015.

Joseph R. Anzalone, 58, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, on a felony count of possession of crack cocaine on Oct. 29, 2025, in Salem.

Joshua Stephen Colby, 29, of Wilson Street in Manchester, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on North Road in Deerfield on June 5, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Derek Philip Cote, 42, of Olde Road in Danville, on four felony counts of negligent homicide. He was accused of causing the deaths of two people, due to crossing over the center line and striking another vehicle, while driving while intoxicated in Danville on Dec. 31, 2025. Felicia E. Currie, 49, of Nichols Avenue in Newmarket, on driving while being certified as a habitual offender and driving while being certified as a habitual offender-committed while on release, both felonies. The first charge was connected to an incident on Islington Street in Portsmouth on Nov. 25, 2025, while the second incident was on Exeter Street in Newmarket on Dec. 15, 2025. Currie is a habitual offender, according to the NH DMV.

Joseph Nelson, 38, of Goboro Road in Epsom, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of meth with intent to distribute, greater than 1 ounce but less than 5 ounces, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, greater than half an ounce but less than 5 ounces charges. The charges stem from an incident in Seabrook on Oct. 30, 2025.

Ayaan Arshad Nisaar, 18, of Queens, New York, on armed robbery, attempted armed burglary, and conspiracy to commit armed burglary charges, all felonies. He traveled from New York to Londonderry and then Derry, with Jeffrey Li, to rob another person and burglarize a storage space in Derry, according to the indictments. Mianca Ginette Parker, 34, of Fort Hill Road in Stewartstown on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and burying it in an effort to impair an investigation on Sept. 8, 2025, in Salem.

David L. Parks, 62, of Hanover Street in Portsmouth, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of deactivating an Instagram account to impair an investigation sometime between Sept. 20 and Sept. 22, 2025, in Portsmouth. Matthew Russell Paulino, 39, of County Farm Road in Dover, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of merchandise from Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods in Newington on Oct. 21, 2025.
