Chichester Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Tad Abbott, 40, of Green Street in Northwood on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge, a felony. He was accused of possessing a knife in Bow on July 6.

Fadhil Al-Jibury, 36, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a 2017 motorcycle and a 2021 moped, owned by others, on Aug. 1 in Allenstown.

Marissa Anderson, 38, of Academy Street in Laconia on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 31 in Concord.

Antonio Araujo, 46, of Pemigewassett Street in Franklin on felony in possession and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale, narcotic drug-fentanyl charges. He was accused of possessing a Ruger .22 firearm in Franklin on June 23 and selling the drug on May 9, May 12, May 18, and Aug. 22 in Franklin. Araumo is a felon due to a felony receiving stolen property conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2014.

Jesus Carrasquillo, 29, a homeless man now located in Tilton, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 30 in Northfield.

Christina Chamberlain, 41, of Dalton Road in Dalton on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to dispense and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge, both felonies, on Aug. 10 in Hooksett.

Ian Clark, 38, of Dover Road in Chichester on aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling two children between Aug. 25, 2020, and May 8 in Chichester.

Annamarie Damato, 45, of Route 11 in Georges Mills on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Route 103 in Newbury on Aug. 14 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Larry Davenport Jr., 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, on burglary and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a homeless camp tent and assaulting another person causing a subdural hematoma on July 16 in Concord. Leo Dennehy, 55, of Whitten Street in Allenstown on two criminal threatening and two domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of swinging a hammer and grabbing a knife and threatening to kill an intimate partner at on June 1 in Allenstown.

Jada L. Depina, 25, of Exeter Road in Hampton on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 23 in Newbury.

Michael Depont, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl on Aug. 4 in Concord.
