BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Jose Manuel Candelaria Serrano, 36, of Manati, Puerto Rico, on criminal restraint-domestic violence and second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of confining and strangling an intimate partner in Salem on April 14.
Adam L. Caron, 39, of Orange Street in Manchester, on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 10, 2025, in Londonderry.
Dylan Simon Colt, 21, of Grove Place in Winchester, Massachusetts, on fraudulent use of a credit card and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He acted in concert with Tre Leggett and Ahmed Youssef Maarouf to obtain a firearm owned by Next Level Firearms in Salem using another person’s credit card on Jan. 16, 2025.
William P. Conte II, 32, of Pilgrim Circle in East Hampstead, on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing video files and .mp4s on Sept. 22, 2021, in East Hampstead.
Jeffrey Coulombe, 57, of Burgess Street in Berlin, on two felonious sexual assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a teenage girl between July 9, 2010, and July 9, 2012, in Raymond.

Jon P. Schiavone, 53, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Salem on June 9, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Frank Anthony Sclafani, 44, of Lowell Road in Windham, on three felony counts of issuing bad checks. He was accused of writing checks for more than $1,500 against an account with insufficient funds on Aug. 15, 2025, in Windham.
Jason Christopher Senter, 46, of Jesse George Road in Plaistow, on a felony count of theft of unauthorized. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 of merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on Oct. 16, 2025.
Binit Bikram Shah, 27, of Fox Run Road in Raymond, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine committed while on release as well as driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident on Feb. 19 on Stard Road in Seabrook. Juan Javier Suarez Batista, 28, of Lessard Street in Nashua, on two theft by deception and four forgery charges, all felonies, as well as theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of depositing a forged checks issued by Gill Pizza Co. for more than $10,000 in April 16, 2025, in Londonderry.
