Pembroke Woman Indicted In Concord Motorcycle Hit-And-Run: Superior Court Roundup

Franklin drug dealer indicted on charges; sex offender accused of not telling cops about job, Twitter account; stolen motorcycle indictment.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rebekah Padua, 28, of Emerson Drive in Center Barnstead on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a chainsaw from Aubuchon Hardware in Warner on June 20, 2023.

Matayo A. Riley, 26, of Thompson Street in Concord on riot and accomplice to robbery charges, both felonies. He was accused of assaulting two people, including a woman who sustained a skull fracture, with the assistance of Sincere Thomas and Evan Bailey, and assisting in the theft of a pair of sneakers, between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20, 2023, on Depot Street in Concord. Tyler M. Root, 35, of Arlene Drive in Belmont on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 19, 2023, in Concord.

Adam M. Roz, 49, of Hill Road in Franklin on two possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, and three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, meth, crack cocaine, and fentanyl on May 30, 2023, in Bow.

Matthew Sanborn, 39, of Mountain Road in Concord on duty to inform and registration of online identifiers charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to tell Concord police of new employment and a Twitter account he created in 2014. Sanborn is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in October 2011.

Jon P. Schiavone, 50, of Victoria Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Target in Hooksett between Jan. 24 and June 9, 2023.

Jonathan M. Scribner, 28, of Park Street in Pittsfield on a felony possession of meth charge in Concord on March 17, 2023.

Liam P. Scofield, 40, of Clamsteam Road in Clifton Park, New York, on reckless conduct and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of huffing nitrous oxide while driving and driving on the wrong side of the road in Henniker on April 1, 2022, and crashing into another vehicle.

Vincent A. Segura, 36, of Prospect Street in Hillsboro on receiving stolen property and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a vehicle owned by Grappone Automotive and driving it dangerously, placing others in potential harm on Oct. 3, 2023, in Hooksett.

Madeline Smith, 34, of Iron Works Road in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of possessing a stolen motorcycle on July 9, 2023, in Concord. Read more about this case here: Concord Cops Track Down Stolen Motorcycle At McDonald's Restaurant
