Man From Windham Indicted On First-Degree Baby Assault Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Felon indicted on knife charge; Derry, Exeter men indicted on prison assault charges; Rye man indicted on credit card fraud charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Keelee Rose Marie Estes, 31, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl and disobeying an officer charges. She was accused of giving an officer a false name and date of birth to a state trooper on Interstate 93 in Windham on Aug. 7, 2025.

Jamie Foster, 43, of Couture Road in Jefferson, on bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, as well as obstruct government administration and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was accused of possessing meth and refusing to exit from a motor vehicle when told to by a Salem detective on Aug. 8, 2025. Foster was also accused of failing to appear in Salem District Court on a drug charge on Sept. 22, 2025.

Albert William Frost Jr., 46, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on Aug. 7, 2025, and Home Depot in Londonderry on Sept. 2, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Frost has been convicted on theft charges.

David Anthony Gautreau, 38, of Lowell Road in Windham, on felony first-degree assault and three endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was accused of dropping a baby on his head, causing a skull fracture and brain bleed, putting the infant in the grill of a vehicle, exposing him to risk of serious bodily injury, and putting the baby in a swing that was not suitable for infants on Aug. 24, 2025, in Windham, according to the indictments.

Daren Keith Gragg Sr., 49, of Pembroke Drive in Derry, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a Kershaw knife on Oct. 29, 2025, in Derry. Gragg is a felon due to a theft conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2014.

Carlo Joseph Grifone III, 37, of Front Street in Exeter, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face on Sept. 24, 2025, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Jordan Sansone, 27, of Morningside Drive in Derry, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of slapping the hand of a corrections officer at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Oct. 13, 2025, while they were attempting to retrieve a pencil Sansone had used to threaten another inmate, according to the indictment.

Shelly A. Santos, 58, of Homestead Avenue in Maybrook, New York, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was aided by Clarissa Conley to obtain unauthorized control of $1,500-plus in cash owned by another in Portsmouth on Aug. 16, 2025, according to the indictment.

Justin T. Scully, 36, of Sagamore Road in Rye, on credit card fraud-less than $1,000 and two felony fraudulent use of a credit card charges. Between July 10 and Sept. 21, 2023, he was accused of using another person’s debit card to obtain between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from Walmart in Greenland. Between Aug. 2 and Sept. 20, 2023, Scully was accused of using another person’s debit card to obtain between $1,000 and $1,500 in cash from a Service Credit Union ATM at Walmart in Greenland. He was also accused of using the debit card to obtain merchandise from Target between July 10 and Sept. 19, 2023.

Jason Christopher Senter, 46, of Jesse George Road in Plaistow, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on July 16, 2025.
