Woman Indicted On Exeter Murder, Wiretapping Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Benjamin John Huson, 36, of North Main Street in Newton, on two felony counts of sexual offender-duty to inform. He was accused of failing to let Newton police know about his employment and residency between Jan. 24 and Feb. 26 in Newton. Huson is a sex offender due to a simple assault charge in January 2016, according to the state.

Natasha Lynn Ingalls, 40, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, on falsifying physical evidence and two possession of meth charges, all felonies. She was accused of placing a rock-like substance in her mouth and swallowing it to impair an investigation on Oct. 19, 2025, in Derry.

Zachary Michael Jabar, 35, of Sagamore Road in Rye, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-meth committed while on release on Nov. 19, 2025, in Salem. He was out on bail from the Rockingham County Superior Court at the time of the arrest and has been convicted on prior offenses in the past, according to the indictment.

Danielle Kelsen, 55, of Exeter or Clark Point Road in Southwest Harbor, Maine, on second-degree murder and wiretapping and eavesdropping charges, both felonies. She was accused of killing Janet Kelsen with blunt force injuries on Feb. 9, 2025, in Exeter. She was also accused of recording conversations between herself and the victim between Jan. 12 and Feb. 9, 2025. Adam B. Krahe, 42, of Chestnut Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two criminal mischief and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving his vehicle into two other vehicles and injuring two other people on Dec. 30, 2025, in Portsmouth.

Caleb Peter Lamothe, 36, of Nottingham Road in Raymond, on a felony count of criminal threatening-deadly weapon. He was accused of displaying a firearm during an argument with another person between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28, 2021, in Raymond.

Stephen MacDonald, 40, of Court Street in Bangor, Maine, on a felony count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping another person who was physically helpless to resist on Aug. 9, 2025, in Portsmouth.

Janijah Anniea Martin-White, 21, of Olde Derby Road in Norwood, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking, bail jumping, and two organized retail crime enterprise charges, all felonies. She acted in concert with Destiny Braggs, Dekontee Harmon, Davon Caruthers, and-or Nasihah Rivera to steal merchandise from Heavenz Vape & CBD and merchandise from Nike, in Salem on April 15, 2025, according to the indictments. Martin-White was accused of failing to appear at the arraignment on the two crime enterprise counts on July 7, 2025, in Salem District Court.

John Edward Mattern, 45, of Marshall Road in Kingston, on two felony counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on March 1 in Kingston as well as kissing her against her will and pushing her against a cabinet.

Nancy Ellen May, 58, of Broadway Road in Dracut, MA, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Salem on Dec. 16, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
