Seabrook Man Indicted On Dozens Of Child Rape, Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup
Manchester stalker faces new stalking charge; man indicted on Hampton strangulation charge; Queen City woman accused of robbery in Salem.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Daniel Patrick Hagan, 41, of State Road 52 in Pine Bush, New York, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of using another person’s passport and his picture to withdraw money from St. Mary’s Bank in North Hampton on Aug. 26, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hagan has been convicted of theft.
Brianna Leigh Harris, 35, of Manchester, on two felony stalking charges. She was accused of calling and coming within 300 feet of a protected party in Plaistow on Oct. 25, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of stalking in Laconia District Court in November 2023.

Katie Beth Humphrey, 44, of University Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary and criminal mischief charges. She was accused of throwing a cinder block into the door of Rowes Corner Market on Pond Street in Newton and burglarizing the store on July 17, 2021.
Natasha Lynn Ingalls, 35, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, on robbery and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, and a theft detection device remover charge. She was accused of using force while stealing merchandise from Macy’s in Salem on Nov. 25, 2025. Cops accused her of swallowing a controlled drug in order to impede an investigation. Ingalls also possessed the detection device to use at Macy’s, according to the indictment.

Zachary Michael Jabar, 35, of Sagamore Road in Rye, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a stolen license plate in Seabrook on Sept. 23, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.

Justin Everett Snyder, 44, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, on two felony counts of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, 20 felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, 16 felony counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images, 16 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, three felony counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He repeatedly raped, sexually assaulted, and fondled two girls between 2022 and 2025, according to the indictments. Snyder was also accused of video recording some of his interactions and possessing child sexual abuse videos.
Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 31, of South Main Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of meth-subsequent charges on May 17, 2024, in Londonderry.
Evan Brian Tavenner, 34, of Farragut Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Hampton on July 4, 2024.
Tiffany Shanna Thompson, 47, of Sabattus Street in Lewiston, Maine, on a felony count of escape and a willful concealment charge. She was accused of failing to appear at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood for confinement on Dec. 5, 2025. Thompson was accused of stealing merchandise from TJ Maxx in Salem on March 18, 2025.
Sheldon Olexis Wells, 35, of Maple Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of withdrawing $5,300 from on July 30, 2025, at the Service Credit Union in Salem by depositing a cashier’s check which he knew to be fraudulent.
John Lawrence Witherbee, 54, of Daniel Road in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 from a register at Sunoco in Derry between July 31 and Aug. 1, 2025.
