Felon From Windham Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments
Raymond man indicted on child sexual assault, indecent exposure charges; Concord, Rochester, NY, and PA thieves indicted on new charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Jayden Gregory Akroyd, 23, of Crescent Street in Derry, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of slashing another person’s leg with a knife on Nov. 25, 2025.
Thaylon Bailey, 20, of School Street in Manchester, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to cash a forged check for $2,840.33 on the M&T Bank in Derry account of Wake Robin Corporation on Sept. 25, 2025.

Shawn Jordan Bateman, 33, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a grill from Home Depot on Aug. 8, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Bateman was convicted on theft charges, in April 2019 and June 2024, in Strafford Superior and Rochester district courts.
Timothy Michael Gillespie, 44, of Peter Weare Road in Cape Neddick, Maine, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of making unauthorized credit card transactions on a Franklin Block credit card between March 20 and April 20, 2025, in Portsmouth.

Daniel Patrick Hagan, 40, of State Route 52 in Pine Bush, New York, on identity fraud, two theft by deception, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting use another person’s passport to withdraw money from the account of another person at St. Mary’s Bank in North Hampton on Aug. 26, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hagan has been convicted on theft charges.
Michael Phillip Harding, 39, of Ashley Court in Raymond, on felonious sexual assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, aggravated felonious sexual assault, and three indecent exposure charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting, attempting sexual assault, and exposing his genitals to a girl three times between May 17, 2018, and May 17, 2020, in Raymond.

Dekontee Harmon, 23, of Centre Street in Concord, on misdemeanor theft, felony theft, and two felony counts of organized retail crime enterprise. He conspired with Destiny Braggs, Janijah Martin-White, Davon Caruthers, and-or Nasihah Rivera to steal more than $1,500 in merchandise from Heavenz Vape & CBD in Salem on April 15, 2025, and steal merchandise from the Nike store in Salem on April 9, 2025, according to the indictments.
Myles Hartman, 33, of 54th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Sense in Salem on June 15, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hartman was convicted on theft charges.
Donald T. Helton Jr., 39, of Maple Street in Rochester, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of cutting the locks off two bicycles owned by the Quality Inn in Portsmouth on Sept. 16, 2025. Helton also retained control of another person’s Abound E-Bike on Sept. 16, 2025, in Portsmouth, according to the indictment. Twice before, according to an indictment, Helton has been convicted on theft charges.
Jody William Hulbert, 48, of Woodvue Road in Windham, on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at another person’s face on Oct. 17, 2025, in Windham. Hulbert is a felon due to a previous felony conviction, according to the indictment.
Lloyd Earl Jennings, 53, of Smith Corner Road in Plaistow, on felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, as well as misdemeanor criminal mischief, criminal threatening, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Plaistow on Nov. 10, 2025. Jennings also grabbed the woman by the neck and shook her, threatened to kill her or used words to that effect, pushed her up against a wall, and broke a printer belonging to her, according to the indictments.
Errol Jones, 36, of Curran Terrace in Randolph, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense. He was accused of selling methamphetamine to an undercover officer in Portsmouth on May 7, 2025, and Seabrook on May 22, 2025.
