Convicted RI Thief Indicted for Stealing Panties: Roundup
Alleged Dover drug dealer indicted, woman indicted for sneaking drugs into prison, Kingston prisoner allegedly submits phony urine sample.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Paul D’Amelio, 47, of New Boston Road in Kingston, for felony falsifying physical evidence, allegedly on June 1, 2016, in Exeter. While on parole, he allegedly used a solution that he knew was not urine for a sample, according to the indictment.

David Daneau, 34, of Farm Lane in Seabrook, for theft by unauthorized taking and reckless conduct, both felonies. On April 25, 2016, in Exeter, he allegedly drove a stolen 2014 Toyota at a high rate of speed and almost struck another person.
Michael Daniels, 36, of Old Hedding Road in Epping, for reckless conduct, a felony, and disobeying an officer. On June 15, 2016, in Windham, he allegedly drove a vehicle on Route 11 at a high rate of speed, cutting off cars as he passed them, and refused to stop for police.

Larry Delgado, 28, of Pinkerton Street in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on May 1, 2015, in Derry.
Bryce Demello, 24, of Searle Hill Road in Danbury, for felony assaults by prisoners. On July 30, 2016, at the Rockingham County House of Corrections, he allegedly pushed a correctional officer.
Benjamin Dennison, 25, of Western Avenue in Dover, on four counts of possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, oxymorphone, Clonazepam, hydromorphone, subsequent, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, all felonies, allegedly on July 25, 2015, in Hampton Falls.
Shaun DiFrancesco, 34, of Granite Street in Haverhill, MA, for operating after certification as a habitual offender, a felony, as well as disobeying an officer, and false reports to law enforcement. On March 28, 2016, he was allegedly driving on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Salem. After being stopped, he reportedly gave false information to police.
Danielle Doucette, 26, of MacArthur Road in Stoneham, MA, on two felony counts of delivery of articles prohibited and felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on May 26, 2016, in Brentwood. She allegedly delivered drugs to a prisoner in the Rockingham County Jail.
Michael Dwyer, 52, of Violet Street in Providence, RI, for two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly on July 22, 2016, in Newington. He allegedly stole more than $1,500 worth of Victoria’s Secrets intimate apparel after twice being convicted of theft.
