Danville, Hampstead Men Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court
Man indicted on North Hampton burglary; Newmarket man indicted on 15 child abuse images counts; Portsmouth man indicted on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Cory Leon Bonugli Jr., 43, of Timberlane Road in Hampstead, on two felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of touching a girl’s breasts and thigh and-or pubic area between Aug. 1 and Dec. 31, 2021, in Londonderry.

Mark A. Brave, 39, of South Street in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on unsworn falsification, two perjury, and two false swearing charges. He was accused of making false statements while trying to request a court-appointed attorney and lying about his home address on Oct. 26, 2023, in or around Brentwood.
Chad Christopher Breault, 47, of Windham Road in Hudson, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Electric Barn Inc. in North Hampton on May 8.

Stephanie M. Caraccio, 37, of Forest Street in Methuen, MA, on a possession of crack cocaine charge on Jan. 26 in Salem.
Scott E. Chase, 37, of South Main Street in Plymouth on two felony possession of controlled drugs charges — fentanyl, xylazine, and cocaine mix, and methamphetamine, as well as driving after revocation or suspension and driving under the influence on June 8 in the parking lot of Rite Aid in Derry.
Devan E. Chick, 38, of Colby Road in Newmarket on 15 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing images on Aug. 8, 2023, in Newmarket.
Randy Aaron Lanous, 45, of Beechwood Drive in Danville, on seven felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and four felony counts of felonious sexual assault as well as sexual assault. He was accused of touching a girl between Oct. 1, 2022, and June 14, 2023, and April 15 and May 24 in Danville, and having her touch him between Oct. 1, 2022, and June 14, 2023, in Danville.
Silvio J. Lopez, 37, of Butler Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from JCPenney in Salem on May 12, after being convicted twice before of theft.
Seth Christopher Lospennato, 47, of Essex Street in Beverly, MA, on possession of buprenorphine, driving while being certified as a habitual offender, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, as well as false report to law enforcement. He was accused of giving Salem police a false name and birth date on June 10. On April 3, Lospennato was accused of driving in the parking lot of Walmart after stealing merchandise in Salem. Twice before, he has been convicted of theft.
Christopher Donald Lowe, 32, of Joan Avenue in Portsmouth, on possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, and two possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on May 16 and May 23 in Seabrook.
Juan Angel Dejesus Luna Ortiz, 34, of Taylor Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Walmart on April 11 in Salem.
