Nashua Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges From 1983, 2020: Superior Court Roundup
Man accused of pointing a shotgun at another person; Hudson man indicted on burglary, theft charges; men indicted on strangulation charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Tyler Blanchard, 37, of Richman Road in Hudson on burglary and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Amelia Roy in burglarizing a home on Bush Hill Road in Hudson between May 29 and June 20. Blanchard was also accused of stealing a gun, coins, and jewelry during the incident.
Chad Breault, 46, of Windham Road in Hudson on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Merrimack on Oct. 16, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Breault was convicted on theft charges in January and June 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Scott Brow, 46, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 21 in Nashua. He was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2019.
Jeremiah Porter, 41, of Burns Hill Road in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Aug. 6 in Hudson.

Edwin Quiles, 52, of North Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Pelham on March 15, 2022.
Angel Ramirez, 66, with a last known address of Eleventh Street in Nashua, on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of pulling a girl into a bathroom and pulling down her shorts, attempting to commit rape, and raping the girl between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 1983, in Nashua. Ramirez was accused of raping a second girl between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 1983, in Nashua. He was also accused of raping a third girl between Jan. 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2021, in Nashua. Xavier Rivera, 27, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 10 in Nashua.
Dale Robert, 46, of Autumn Leaf Drive in Nashua on tampering with witnesses and informants and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice and requesting her to lie to police in Nashua on Aug. 8.
Theresa Rodonis, 49, of Manchester Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 5 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2002.
Francisco Rodriguez, 50, of Rogers Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing a shotgun at another person on July 25 in Nashua.
Robert Romano, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of attempting to take control of a 2010 Nissan Maxima on Aug. 30 in Nashua.
