Derry Man Accused Of Threatening Cops With An AR-15: Court Roundup

Plus: Brentwood man indicted on strangulation charges; Maine man indicted on drug dealing charges; Salem man indicted on property charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christopher Roland Hall, 36, of Whittier Meadows Drive in Amesbury, Massachusetts, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, falsifying physical evidence, second-degree assault-deadly weapon, and second-degree assault-serious bodily injury charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving under the influence on Lafayette Road in Hampton on July 11, concealing evidence by not allowing his blood to be drawn, and colliding with a motorcycle, causing an injury.

Brandi Elizabeth Hamm, 32, of Wilston Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl on April 26 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

David William Haskell, 32, of Phoenix Row in Haverhill, MA, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a knife inside of a cup and then, threw the cup and knife into the trash, to impair an investigation on Aug. 10 in Plaistow.

Thomas Hobbs, 42, of Juniper Road in Derry on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 24 in Derry.

Darcie M. Ingerson, 32, of Twin Mountain Road in Whitefield on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense in Salem on Aug. 20, 2022.

Jeffrey Hilton Johnson, 42, of North Road in Brentwood on two felony domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 9, 2022, in Hampstead.

Ryan M. Johnston, 43, of Branch Londonderry Turnpike in Bow on a felony possession of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with intent to distribute in Epping on Sept. 19, 2020.

Richard S. Lahey, 36, of Mechanic Street in Windham, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Jaimee Shaffer and Joseph Bowie in North Hampton on April 16, 2022.

Steven Constantino Legatos, 53, of Lowell Road in Salem on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining stolen motor vehicle floor mats owned by Canobie Lake Toyota on June 1 after being convicted twice before.

Patrick T. MacNeil, 38, of East Broadway in Derry on three felony criminal threatening-firearm charges as well as an obstructing government administration charge. He was accused of telling police, “It’s within my rights that if I wanted to get my AR-15 and shoot each of you three police officers while on my property, I could,” or words to that effect, and then emerged on a second-story deck holding a Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15 rifle and pointing it at two officers and a police sergeant to hinder a drunken driving incident.

Jorge Luis Mair-Couch, 37, of Derry Way in Derry on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of attempting to get a witness to withhold information by saying, “come to court,” “take it all back,” “I was confused,” and “she was confused,” or words to that effect on July 10 in Derry and “we have to look out for each other,” “you don’t have to answer,” and “it’s all on your,” or words to that effect on July 13 in Derry.

Emily M. Marquez, 25, of Burrill Avenue in Lynn, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from the New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet in Portsmouth on Feb. 26 and agreeing with Vidall Sattiewhite to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from the New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet in Hampton and Portsmouth on Feb. 26.
