Derry Man Indicted On 3 Strangulation Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

New Yorkers indicted on theft charges after Greenland, Salem incidents; man indicted on fentanyl sale charges; man faces dispensing charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Nathaniel Lash, 38, of Lexington Street in Brooklyn, New York, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving an unidentified man to Home Depot on Salem to steal more than 37 light switches and driving at a high rate of speeding out of the Home Depot parking lot and colliding with another vehicle in the Target parking lot on Dec. 22, 2022.

Ryan B. Latsiou, 26, of Union Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a forged check for $4,972.20 from MII Moving and Storage LLC in Londonderry at St. Mary’s Bank on Oct. 13, 2022.

Hector Antonio Linval Saro, 25, of Webster Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on falsifying physical evidence and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Wester Antonio Camarena to steal an iPad being delivered to a home on Tuttle Lane in Greenland and removing it from its packaging on March 29.

Mark Loiselle, 37, of Salt Meadows in Hampton on possession of crack cocaine and possession of suboxone charges, both felonies, on Nov. 21, 2022, in Chester.

Michael P. MacDonald, 42, of Union Street in Littleton on possession of LSD, possession of fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, more than 5 grams, charges, all felonies, in Salem on March 7.

Jorge Luis Mari-Couch, 36, of Derry Way in Derry on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner three times in Derry on April 8.

Wigberto Omar Maldonado, 35, of Andover Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Salem and Windham, causing other vehicles to swerve to avoid colliding with him, after consuming alcohol and-or marijuana on Feb. 11.

Thomas Martini III, 27, of Bedford Street in Bridgewater, MA, on two sale of fentanyl charges accusing him of selling the drug to a confidential source of the Salem police on Nov. 22 and Dec. 1, 2022.

Christopher Harold Mau, 38, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on Jan. 4 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
