Exeter Jeopardy! Winner Indicted On 6 Child Sexual Abuse Images Counts: Court Roundup

Rochester man indicted on child rape charges; CT man indicted on deadly weapon charge; man accused of Windham burglary, scratch tix theft.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Michael J. Delisle, 53, of Phillip Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Londonderry on May 11.

Michael John Delucco, 23, of Dairy Lane in Cromwell, Connecticut, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving on Highland Drive in Epping on June 11, at a high rate of speed, putting pedestrians in danger. Stephanie L. Desimone, 36, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl, possession of Tapentadol, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and a collapsible baton in Salem on June 6. Desimone is a felon due to a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge in January 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Aaron Jesus Diaz-Liranzo, 25, of Crescent Street in Revere, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Windham Variety in Windham on March 29 and stealing more than $1,500 worth of scratch tickets.

Brendan A. Dubois, 65, of Juniper Ridge Road in Exeter, on six felony possession of child sexual abuse images counts. He was accused of possessing pictures of children being raped and sexually assaulted on a Toshiba hard drive on May 7 in Exeter. Read more about this case here: NH Author And Jeopardy! James Roland Dustin, 22, of Frying Pan Lane in Stratham, on theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of forging two checks on an account owned by another person in Epping on March 31 for $780 and $740. Twice before, according to the indictment, Dustin has been convicted on theft charges. Christopher Evans, 29, of Fisherman Port in Converse, Texas, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 18 in Portsmouth.

Michael J. Long, 33, of Otter Brook Circle in Rochester, on two felonious sexual assault and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, al felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling two children and having the children fondle him between Jan. 1, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2019, in Exeter.

Keryn Lee Lynch, 39, of Wyman Street in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a Honda Accord in Hampstead on May 12. Previously, according to the indictment, Lynch was convicted twice on theft charges.

Alberto Marbert, 33, of Aiken Avenue in Lowell, MA, on criminal mischief and two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of assisting in stealing two 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcats from Foss Motors in Exeter on Feb. 17 and causing damage to one of them.

Walter A. Margerison, 40, of Main Avenue in South Hampton, on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling and placing a pillow over the head of an intimate partner between Oct. 1, 2021, and Nov. 31, 2023, in South Hampton.
