Plaistow Man Indicted On Hampstead Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Windham man indicted on escape charge; drug indictments from Londonderry, Salem; Derry man indicted on new protective order charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Patricia Ann Bankel-Dobrozi, 45, of Peggy Lane in Salem, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on May 22 in Salem.
Ingrid Zoraya Bernabe, 49, of Kenwood Road in Methuen, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and bail jumping charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Salem on March 22. On May 6, after being released on bail, she failed to appear in Salem District Court on the charge, according to the indictment. Bernabe has been convicted on theft charges twice before.

Juan Andres Bolivar Alvarez, 19, of Vesta Road in Dorchester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. While acting in concert with Juan Pablo Herrera Isaza on March 1, he stole merchandise from Macy’s at the Rockingham Mall in Salem, according to the indictment.
Joseph Patrick Breen, 34, of Fairway Drive in Derry, on a felony violation of a protective order charge. He was accused of entering the premises where a protected party resided in Derry on June 10 after previously being convicted on violation of a protective order in the past six years.

Elvis Jaret Burke, 40, a homeless man now located in Londonderry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug, a fentanyl and xylazine mix, and driving after revocation charges on Jan. 22 in Londonderry.
John Dimitrios Kostopoulos, 29, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 14 in Salem.
Richard Lister, 39, of Woodland Drive in Plaistow, on indecent exposure and lewdness and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of exposing himself to a child between Aug. 28, 2023, and Jan. 10 in Hampstead and fondling a child between July 14, 2022, and Jan. 10 in Hampstead.
Mario Lopez, 47, of Maple Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and habitual offender, all felonies, as well as driving under the influence charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs while driving on Interstate 93 in Salem on June 2 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Keryn Lee Lynch, 39, of Wyman Street in Derry, on receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and heroin mix, charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug after previously being convicted on a drug charge and possessing a stolen Honda Accord in Derry on May 14 after being convicted twice before on theft charges.
Robert Madrigal, 25, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, in Hampton on May 24.
Steven Paul Manning, 27, of Fish Road in Windham, on a felony escape charge. He was accused of failing to report to the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on April 8, 2022.
Justin Gardner Martin, 37, of Croteau Court in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise at Walmart in Epping on Dec. 20, 2023, after being convicted twice before.
