Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charges After Crash: Court Roundup

Plus: Deerfield, Hampton men indicted on gun threat charge; Portsmouth, Salem theft indictments; Rockingham County drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Tyler Troy, 23, of Harvey Lake Road in Northwood on negligent homicide-DUI, negligent homicide, two counts of reckless conduct, two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. He was accused of driving a Porsche Macan at excessive speeds while drunk and taking the life of another on Nov. 24, 2022, in Portsmouth. Wondens Valmont, 23, of Brown Avenue in Hampton on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to kill an intimate partner with a Kel-Tec 9 mm on May 10 in Hampton and saying he was going to come to her place of employment, “I’m walking over, I’m strapped,” “I’ll kill you,” or words to that effect.

Christopher Lee Webber, 25, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a .40 caliber Glock in Londonderry on Nov. 18, 2022.

Jason Patrick Wessling, 44, of Maple Avenue in Deerfield on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of exposing a firearm in Plaistow and threatening to shoot another person on April 16.

Nicholas Zucconi, 41, of Mill Lane in Hampton Falls on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of grabbing a family member’s face and blocking their nose and mouth on April 14 in Raymond.

Roger Akoury, 59, of Beals Road in Bedford on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 17 in Salem.

James Robert Allen, 58, of Shore Drive in Salem on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving more than 90 mph on Route 4 in Northwood on May 10 and fleeing from law enforcement.

Larissa Louise Araba, 30, of Worcester Road in Framingham, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. On July 5, she was accused of stealing a backpack and Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards from the Target in Salem, a cellphone from Best Buy in Salem, and a GMC Savana van in Salem. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Joshua Luke Balboni, 25, of Parlmont Park in North Billerica, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by misapplication of property charges, both felonies. Between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2022, he was accused of stealing money from Jersey Mike’s in Portsmouth and failing to make a deposit on Oct. 1, 2022.

Lucien Andre Boutin, 19, of Cabot Street in Portsmouth on possession of cocaine and possession of lorazepam charges, both felonies, on March 28 in Portsmouth.
