Plaistow Man Indicted For Strangling Partner, Biting Boy: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments
Salem man indicted on burglary, machete threat charges; Lawrence, Manchester men indicted on drug sale charges; Rye thief faces new charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Blaine Austin Eagan, 28, of Castle Hill Road in Windham, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of hitting and-or kicking another person in the head, causing a fractured cheekbone and brain bleed on Oct. 22, 2025.
Luis F. Espinal, 46, of Main Street in Plaistow, on second-degree assault-strangulation and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and biting and injuring a boy on April 2, 2025, in Plaistow.

Paul Esposito, 60, of South Policy Street in Salem, on domestic violence and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on South Policy Street in Salem and threatening an intimate partner with a machete, saying, “I am going to kill you,” according to the indictment, on Sept. 28, 2025.
Xavier Andres Estrada, 20, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on July 22, 2025, in Derry.

Francesca Rose Ferrara, 35, of Red Oak Drive in Plaistow, on a felony possession of clonazepam charge on July 30, 2025, in Brentwood.

Saul Baez Gonzalez, 25, of Salem Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl and crack cocaine, on July 22, 2025, in Seabrook.
Oscar S. Gutierrez Cardona, 40, of Hayward Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was accused of driving on Route 43 in Deerfield on Feb. 11, 2025, and causing a collision that injured another person, leaving them with a fractured sternum.
Justin James Hileman, 46, of Mill Road in Derry, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Aug. 1, 2025, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a first-degree assault charge in Hills South in March 2007.
Brittany Marie Hunt, 34, of Parkvale Terrace in Dracut, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on April 10, 2025, in Epping.
Zachary M. Jabar, 35, of Sagamore Road in Rye, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s and Walmart in Epping on May 21, 2025, and Home Depot in Portsmouth on Sept. 10, 2025. Twice before, Jabar was convicted on theft charges, according to the indictments.
Cody Kimble, 28, of Worthley Avenue in Seabrook, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Seabrook on June 22, 2025.
Vicki J. Knowles, 43, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on driving while certified as a habitual offender and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving on Walton Road in Seabrook on June 11, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Knowles also attempted to get another person to tell the police another person was driving, according to the indictment.
