Salem Woman Arrested On Aggravated DUI Charge, Accused Of Driving Over Median: Cop Log

Lawrence man arrested on retail crime spree, other charges; man arrested on multiple threat counts; child endangerment arrests in town.

SALEM, NH — Ann Deirdre Koplow, 60, of Park Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on March 11 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus, DUI, and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. Police received a call about a Toyota Corolla that was “all over the road” and “drove over the median” while leaving Market Basket, according to a report. An officer pulled the car over at 7-Eleven on Main Street and the driver was arrested. She was released on personal recognizance and given a ride home.

Daniel Alexander DeJesus, 22, of Bernard Avenue in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:04 p.m. on March 11 as well as organized retail crime spree, willful concealment-$1,500-plus, and bail jumping charges, all felonies, and breach of bail, willful concealment, driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and criminal trespass charges. DeJesus was also cited for false report to law enforcement and unregistered vehicle. He was arrested after police responded to Best Buy for a report of an employee theft, according to a report. DeJesus had “multiple warrants,” was held, and taken to the county jail.

Sean M. McAllister, 41, of Gordon Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on March 11 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, breach of bail, and three criminal threatening charges. Police were sent to Gordon Avenue to assist another agency with a home visit, according to a police report. Police accused him of resisting and backup units were requested, the report said. McAllister was then taken to county.

Ronny Alexander Herrera Perez, 25, of Holworthy Street in Dorchester, MA, received a summons at 4:35 p.m. on March 11 on an operating without a valid license charge. Police were sent to Home Depot for a possible shoplifting incident, police said. But when they checked the men, the left the store “empty-handed,” a report stated. One man was charged and released on a summons.

David W. Powell, 47, of Pleasant Street in Salem, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on March 11 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at home and released on personal recognizance.

Donte R. Golding, 36, of Egret Way in Mattapan, MA, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on March 11 on a bench warrant as well as bail jumping and two contempt charges. He was arrested at police headquarters and taken to county.

Peggy Sue Collins, 21, of Braemoor Woods Road in Salem, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on March 11 on simple assault, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass charges. She was arrested at police headquarters and released on personal recognizance.

Shawn Kerrick Harris, 51, of Dunlap Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on March 10 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges after a motor vehicle stop at Rockingham Park Boulevard and Mall Road. He was released on personal recognizance.

Angel L. Brito, 46, of Water Street Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on March 10 on driving after revocation or suspension, possession-sale, etc., of more than an ounce of marijuana or more than 5 grams of hashish, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. A 16-year-old was also arrested on a possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc. charge. Police stopped a motor vehicle on Atkinson Road. The vehicle was towed to police headquarters. The teen was released to a parent and Brito was released on personal recognizance.

Ryan Scott Crutchfield, 41, of Ballard Lane in Salem, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on March 10 on domestic violence-simple assault, violation of a protective order, and felony witness tampering charges. He was arrested in Manchester and taken to county. Update: Crutchfield pleaded guilty to the protective order violation charge. He was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended until May 2027. Crutchfield was also ordered to be of good behavior for two years.

Thomas Jarred Lachance, 23, of Hampshire Road in Salem, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on March 10 on a conduct after an accident charge. He was arrested at police headquarters and released on personal recognizance.

A 16-year-old received a summons at 7:21 a.m. on March 10 for possession-use of a tobacco product by a minor violation at Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
