Sheriffs Arrest Manchester Man on Probation Violation After Heroin Charge

BRENTWOOD, NH — Shawn M. Mignault, 39, of Charleston Avenue in Londonderry, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a cocaine possession charge.

Ashley E. Drew, 26, of Springbrook Circle in Portsmouth, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sent on a fentanyl possession charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of heroin, two bench warrants – one from Nashua District Court on a driving after suspension charge and Dover District Court for DUI, and a Portsmouth Police Department warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jason D. Tessier, 41, of Winnhaven Drive in Hudson, was arrested on Jan. 4, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Michael L. Lopriore, 48, of Lovell Road in Stratham, was arrested on Jan. 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil violation of a court order.

Kyle E. Storms, 19, of Blackwater Road in Rochester, was arrested on Dec. 30, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and speeding 21 to 25 mph over 55 limit.

Andrew F. O’Brien, 37, of Pleasant Street in Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP heroin possession.

Mark A. Blanco, 37, of Olive Road in Salem, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2016, for delivery of articles prohibited-tobacco.

Kelvin Garcia, 37, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing on a theft charge.

Joseph Stanley, 34, and Jane L. Stanley, both of Denmark Drive in Northwood, were arrested on Dec. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil failure to appear hearing.
