Derry Teen Indicted On Sexual Assault And Threat Charges: Roundup
Plus: Teen indicted on 8 child sex image charges; Portsmouth man indicted on strangulation charges; Hampton woman faces prison drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Justin R. Cate, pictured lower left, 36, of North Road in Deerfield, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of obtaining control of a Ford F-450 on Aug. 9, 2019, in Raymond.
Michael J. Cayer, 19, of Eureka Circle in Sandown, on child pornography, three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images, two counts of possession of child sexual assault images, and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of and sharing the images between Jan. 1, 2018, and July 1 in Sandown.

Brian E. Charter, 19, of Stonegate Lane in Derry, on felonious sexual assault and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of having sex with a girl on May 4 in Derry. Between Jan. 1 and March 13, he's accused of holding a knife close to another person's stomach and threatening to stab them.
Kevin Joseph Clement, 35, upper left, of Prescott Road in Fremont, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on May 20 in Fremont.

Daniel C. Currier, 35, of Weald Road in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 4 in Portsmouth.
Angela Marie DeMarco, 37, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, on conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners-buprenorphine and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine with intent to distribute. The charges stem from incidents between Feb. 1 and Feb. 24 after she reportedly agreed with Timothy Grella, Heather Denuccio, and Joshua Garrett to place the drug "underneath sand buckets" at the Rockingham County Nursing Home where inmates work in order to have the drugs smuggled into the jail.
William A. Demars II, 34, of Smith Corner Road in Newton, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, all felonies. Between April 20, 2017, and July 25, he's accused of assaulting and exposing himself to a girl in Newton.
Andrew Jason Descoteaux, 34, of Longhill Road in Raymond, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Aug. 6 in Salem.
Patrick M. Dicesare, lower middle, 29, of Canterbury Street in Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing items from Kohl's in Plaistow in July 9. Previously, according to the indictment, Dicesare was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Ngawang Chokden Dickinson, upper right, 23, of Lincoln Street in Boscawen, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Jan. 1 and April 12, he's accused of taking more than $1,500 from HMS Host-Starbucks in Londonderry.
Danielle M. Dickstein, lower right, 40, of Mason Road in Milford, on a felony reckless conduct charge. On June 20, in Salem, she was accused of driving a motor vehicle at a high-rate of speed through a parking lot and nearly colliding with other vehicles.
