Fair Lawn Police Officer Promoted To Sergeant

Kevin Wood has been with the department since 2003.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A Fair Lawn police officer was promoted to sergeant Tuesday night.

Kevin Wood has been an officer with the police department since 2003. As a sergeant, Wood will help supervise the patrol division.

Wood, 50, has been a police officer for 23 years. He started his career with the Paterson Police Department in 1994. He transferred to the Fair Lawn Police Department in 2003.
